   I ADORE Street & Co. BUT sadly I won't be going again till winter as the bar next door has filled the sidewalk with tables, so one has to walk in the street. I have a walker and had to walk down from the corner over cobblestones on the road and not the smooth sidewalk. It made for a poor start and finish to what was another GREAT meal. I will be calling the city to see what can be done but the bar's picnic tables make Street & Co. next door not handicapped accessible. In Winter when those tables come in, I can make it just fine and a traffic block at the corner goes away and my friends can drop me off at the door. Someone failed to think here!!! That aside the lobster and linguini in the pan are THE best lobsters in Portland (and that's saying a lot).

   We loved our experience at Street and Company. The atmosphere (we ate at the bar which feels a little quieter) was wonderful, our salmon and sole dishes were delicious and our servers were well informed and truly professional! We also highly recommend the panna cotta for dessert!

   My father and I had a wonderful meal. The fish was perfect and the dessert yummy too. Try the house made ice cream - it’s worth it! Great service and ambience. My father is elderly so it was a bit loud but everything else made up for it!

   Everything is outstanding about this restaurant except the noise level. The food and the service more than makes up for any discomfort, though. It’s a cozy space—not much room between tables. But no wonder it’s popular! We would definitely go again.

   Great food - inventive dishes, presented beautifully; attentive service, perhaps a bit rushed; tables are very close together, so you can clearly hear every conversation going on near you, especially from larger groups, but some may enjoy the pubby atmosphere.

   We were seated immediately. Our waitress was pleasant and indicated specials for that evening. We started with tomato basque soup and it was quite good. I had as an entree yellow fin tuna which was cooked medium rare, but the chef place salt on top of the tuna before being served (open kitchen). I was disappointed for all I could taste was the salt added and did not enjoy the tuna. My wife's dish was very good-sole franchise. We will try again and I will emphasize no salt to be added

    This restaurant never disappoints. The food was perfect, the service friendly, and in spite of it being a very busy night, no one tried to rush us out after we were done eating. One of the best restaurants in Portland.
