Stone Werks - Lincoln Heights
My reservation were perfect, the restaurant was not over crowded and we were sat as soon as we walked in, the food was great.
Excellent customer service. The food was very good.
We came from Michigan and decided to start our New Years celebrations with dinner at Stone Werks per a friends recommendation. Mike the manager took excellent care of us and made sure our experience was unique and unforgettable. Food was also great. Thanks Mike for taking care of us!
Taking Grampa out during Christmas week.
Nice place, food average, waiter disappeared... must have ended his shift. Had to get help from other service folks to end our meal. Tried to order desert.. waited for 30 mins... nothing ever happened. Got yet someone else to help us get our check.
It was ok... but didn’t stand out as a place I’ll head back to anytime soon.
Nice drinks and a goid dinner before a show. Perfect!
I didn’t like the food. I had better expectations.
Fun restaurant for a happy hour or dinner. Not a romantic place but more high energy with decent food and good drinks. Recommended for a fun time.
Our server was excellent! He was highly attentive and patient, as several members of our parties speak limited English. It was a great luncheon; the food was delicious. The only downside was there are no french fries on the menu, which doesn't seem like something to mention. Except they go perfect with burgers. A nice dining experience for a corporate luncheon.
Bad food. Bad service. Place has gone downhill
Our party was seated immediately. Our table was in a roomy area where we had plenty of room and didn’t feel cramped. The menu is diverse enough for every to find something they truly craved. Our server, Pedro, was the absolute best! It has been years, YEARS, since we had a server of that caliber. We’ll definitely go back!
The experience was very good. I and my family will certainly go back.
big fan of stonewwwerks ! ORDERED STUFF SALMON IT HAD VERY LITTLE FAVOR, a guest ordered the red snapper it also did not any flavor lets just say they were a miss.
Not for Sunday Brunch! We had reservations @ 1 pm. The brunch was not good! Food was stale, sparse and dried out! The Mimosa was “kid size”! Not very good value overall.
great place for a casual date night with the husband! drinks and food were great! loved our waitress.
Our party arrived sooner than expected and staff was very accommodating to get us seated.
We always lament that Stoneworks moved to its new location and with the new location came a new image & menu. But it is still a nice restaurant so when we are in town we often stop for lunch or dinner.
This evening it wasn’t necessary to have a reservation as there were many open tables. We were seated after a couple of minutes after being told they needed to clean a table. Silly since there were at least a dozen tables & the place where we were seated was in plain sight & it was clear.
We ordered salads. My husband had a Steak Chopped Salad that came with too much dressing which was more obvious because of the presentation with pools of dressing on one side of the bowl. I had the Asian Chopped Salad that also had too much dressing but a good variety of greens. I substituted salmon for the chicken. It was very nicely cooked.
Our waitress was very accommodating replacing our drinks when we didn’t think the iced tea tasted fresh and making changes to our salads. She didn’t offer dessert options but we were seated in an area close to the bar and since we weren’t drinking she was probably ready for us to go.
Loaded Queso is very good - we were a table of 5. Booked reservation through Open Table (thank you for this service). At conclusion of meal I asked for a to go box for one order, waitress acknowledged my request. Didn't return with boxed up food. She accidentally threw it away and said "I didn't hear you". It was okay though but given the price of the food I would have felt like I got my money's worth by taking it home. That being said, she offered to get replacement food cooked which was a nice touch but not feasible at a business lunch. Service & food was good though - just a hiccup on tossing the to go box.
Air conditioner was broken, steaks were not prepared as requested, waitress was not very friendly seemed as she was upset- brought her problems to work.
Our waitress was trying but food was taking a long time to come out and my husband was give a miller instead of a blood and honey beer. We ended up paying without getting the desert for my kids. We almost left without getting one of our appetizers which took over 30 mins to come out. Will likely not be returning here
Our Server LISA so nice and has a great Service and Great attitude.👍👍👍👍👍
Scott, our server was outstanding, he greeted us and was on point with all his suggestions for food and drinks. We enjoyed our visit to this location and will return, for sure.
There was an extra large table our server was attending to and it made our service HORRIBLE! They should have given consideration that he was not able to fully be present with other tables and not assigned more to him. Our food was late, he forgot my cocktail, and our food was over cooked and cold because it probable sat waiting for him to pick up. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Big table are so inconvenient!!
It was a great experience! We drove to San Antonio from Corpus Christi to meet my daughter there for a Mother’s Day meal. I used the “Reserve a Table” online and our table was available when we arrived! Our waitress was over the top sweet and fabulous! Thank you for making it a great Mother’s Day experience for me!!
Our waiter Evan was SUPER attentive and upon arriving the front girls was so polite and accommodating. Took my loved ones for a mothers day dinner and over all was a amazing evening. Thank you!
Loved the food, service and the entire experience!
It was ok. The waitress wasn’t very attentive and seemed inconvenienced. I had mentioned on the reservation that it was for a special occasion/ birthday. Not once were we ever asked about that. The food was not cooked as well as it usually is and seemed thrown together. I’m disappointed because I have never had this type of experience at this location and unfortunately won’t choose to go there again.
Nice setting, great service. We were there for the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, the buffet was not managed well, we waited nearly 15 minutes with many other guest for it to be re-filled. The buffet menu said there would be Migas, but there weren't any. Overall, we were very unsatisfied with the holiday buffet and felt that it wasn't worth the price. Service was great, friendly staff.
Our server and the rest of the restaurant employees were amazing and friendly. However the Easter Buffet was not worth the price, and was of poor quality and selection. The waffles and french toast were stiff and cold, and there was no bacon at all for a while. The egg station made good omelettes, but included very little cheese, if any. The menu included eggs cooked "any style" however the restaurant was not able to do this for my mother or niece. They were told that the restaurant had ran out of eggs--my guess is they used them all for the omelette scramble? Despite all of this, we still enjoyed our meal and it will not keep us from returning. Just probably won't do the Easter Buffet again...
It was a busy Saturday night and we expect it to be busy. I had the tenderloin salad and ordered the meat - medium - it came out so over cooked that is was as tough as a boot. The food did not come out timely but other than that it was fine
OK food and ambiance, but feels very much like a chain
Great atmosphere and the food was GREAT! It was a Friday night and although we expected a busy night while waiting for service, it seemed like we were always "looking" for our waitress. One thing that made it better was the manager came by asking if everything was going well. However, it was great that the manager came by but it was early and we had not experienced "looking" for the server at that time. It was loud with TV's/talk/that when the server took my order she incorrectly heard that I just needed a side item and order another meal!
I really enjoyed the atmosphere~
Our server was so nice but the food took 45 minutes and the quality was not what it should have been for that price
Great food and cocktails. Waiter was very helpful with recommendations.
Had a great time restaurant was very nice staff were friendly and helpful the whole atmosphere was great. Would highly recommend.
Very nice Valentine Day experience and date. Great service tonight
The sirloin steak was cooked medium well and seasoned beautifully. My wife had the stuffed salmon, cooked perfectly. Our hostess and server were excellent. I would come back.
We were there on Valentines Day. The food was good. We had baked oyster appetizer and calamari. I had Salmon my husband had the prime rib. They were both great! We had a cherry cobbler for dessert. It was excellent. The meals came with a complimentary glass of wine. I also received a rose upon arrival.
Had a great night.
