The food was bland and only the calamari was good. Everything else just tasted like spicy mush.

Dinner with my BFFs right after participating in the Women's March in San Francisco. It was a rainy, cold evening - with many people in the streets right after the march. Restaurant was very busy and told the wait would be 45 minutes. We waited as we were very hungry and didn't want to venture in the rain to another restaurant. Have eaten here before and always enjoyed it. Wait was long, service was slow, but they did there best with the patrons and it was understandable. The workers were nice and accommodating considering how busy it was at the restaurant. We were starving and ordered quite a bit of food which was delicious. Enjoyed the evening and had a good time. Will be back for sure!

It was the night of the ladies march. We made a last minute reservation. But it still took over a hour to be seated and almost 15 minutes to order. I get it. It is much more orderly than that usually

The food is tasty. Our atone bowls cane out together but my partners was "warm". Fearing having to wait. After waiting so long hungry He ate it any how.

The food was great, service was ok, noise level was a little nigh but we were there during lunch time.
I would recommend it to people who want to have a nice quick & casual lunch.

I ordered a dish that had some sort of meat patty on top. I was only given chopsticks, and the meat was rather solid, so I asked for silverware, but had to ask again 3 or 4 times before they brought a knife and fork.

Stone Korean Kitchen was closed for dinner service even though we had made a dinner reservation the previous day. Someone at least could have contacted us to save us a trip into SF.

The service was spotty. Server got my order wrong and had to wait while my business guest got his food. What I also did not like was the server dropped my check off mid meal, did not ask if I wanted desert or anything else and did not pre-buss my table. My food got dropped off but zero follow-up.

Also I noticed I got double charged on my debit card. when I called the receptionist was not very helpful nor seemed to care. I physically went back to the restaurant to ask about the double charge. One of the servers explained it was was an error by her and that I was credited back but I have yet to see the credit on my charge card.

overall the place could do a lot better on attentiveness to the guest.

My friend & I shared the lunch meal. We had the dumplings, beef bim bap, & yellow chicken curry. Great food. We had red wine to celebrate our big birthdays. It's just noisy because the restaurant was full but it's okay. You can tell the energy of this restaurant.

the food was ok but service was lacking even at 6-6:30p. Then more people came and the noise level became unbearable. Children screaming and large groups laughing. We quickly paid our bill and left. Will not visit again.

I've liked this place for a while, but it seems to be going downhill. The food was good, so I'll give it that. The ambiance is bad. All of the tables have been ruined because of the heat of the stone bowls they use. They were cheap tables to begin with, but literally every single spot where someone gets served has the laminate peeled up and packing tape covering the pressboard table underneath. The service was mediocore, simply because there was only one server that was overworked. My girlfriend used the restroom and said it was "absolutely disgusting".

It's a shame. I've gone there a dozen times over the years, but without replacing their tables (don't get cheap laminate ones this time!) and cleaning up the restaurant, in general, I would not recommend this to someone else or return there myself.

Good food, kind server, but he was overwhelmed with too many tables. I ate here years ago and the ambience has really gone down hill. Maybe okay for quick lunch or happy hour.

It was extremely noisy to a point that I could not have a normal conversation. I wanted to shout to tell everyone to use their inside voice. I needed to shout at my friends to carry a conversation.

A little expensive for a casual lunch but everything on their menu is delicious and are larger portions than you expect. Entrees always last two meals and many of their appetizers can be a meal for one. Now that I work near here again, I will be frequenting this place a lot!
