   Normally, we have great food at this location. But the steak was undercooked, but my daughter was full, so we are just gonna heat it up in the microwave today. I got the campfire fettuccine, which I get most of the time when I come and it was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. I spoke to the waitress and explained that to her, and she said she would have them make another one. When I got the new one, it did not have any spices on it at all. They did comp half the price which I was fine with. But then we ordered the crème brûlée and the taste was fine and we ate it, but it did not have the correct texture to it at all. Like I said normally we have great experiences as this is one of our favorite places but this time it was disappointing.

   Sometimes you just need the comfort of trusty, familiar things. Stone Creek has become just that. Always reliable, trustworthy and as comforting as an old pair of slippers next to a blazing fire! Add friends and it makes for a perfect evening!

   The food and service is always good and consistent but the restaurant feels a little dingy and dirty. I've eaten at this location several times.

   Server was wonderful, seating was quick and the setting was fntactic. Prices were what we expected but the food was a little disappointing overall. I ordered the Black Truffle Half Chicken and it was dry like it been held all day, the vegetables were bland and it was in a pool of water. The chicken at Costco is better. My son-in-law liked his country steak/veggies and they did look good however my daughter got Chicken Parmesan & Linguini and it too was dry while the linguini was overccoked and stuck together, like it was held all day also. My granddaughter got a grilled cheese/fries and it was good as was the ice cream brownie sunadae. This was at 6:30 PM reservation, so the end of Easter Sunday and while that may be understandable for the end of a busy day, it isn't acceptable. The server, I wish I rembered his name, was attentive, polite, friendly and overasll, perfect.

   We planned to spend our Easter lunch at Stone Creek and are glad we did. We were seated almost immediately even though they were getting busy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our server took drink orders quickly and returned to take our entree orders with drink delivery. She was helpful in advising us on the menu and very friendly. The food was delicious and plentiful. I had beef medallions with lobster risotto. It tasted amazing and I had enough for my lunch the following day. My side salad was attractive and tasty even before I added the dressing. My husband had the bourbon meatloaf and said it was very good. We shared a brownie sundae for dessert.

    My waitress was not attentive to our table. I had to get her attention to get service and she had a sarcastic attitude. Both of our main entrees didn’t taste well, I was able to get one meal comped.I was grateful that I did not have to pay for two meals that I was dissatisfied with. The other staff there are very kind which I appreciated, it was my birthday and it helped ease the night.
