   Old school dining for oldsters. Menu needs a little updating. Service needs to be more attentive and better trained. I would have been okay with the so, so menu had the service been on par with the prices. Bread plates were left on the table long after the bread was gone. Drinks not refilled timely. Our meal when if finally arrived was lukewarm. The restaurant was not busy, so with all these issues, it’s doubtful we’ll return. Located on a golf course, so the view isn’t bad. All-in-all, It’s okay, but it feels like someplace you’re mom and dad would enjoy if they were still alive. That’s coming from a person in their early sixties and it seemed a little old seven for me.

   Good food, good service and nice atmosphere. A little spendy for lunch, but I can't complain about the food. I just wish there were a few more choices on the menu.

   We'd heard good things about the Stock Pot for years, but simply never went for no apparent reason. However, when I said to my wife "I'll take you out for dinner, if you find a place," she discovered it could take us at 6:30, when other places weren't available till much later. We loved everything about our experience. They sat us immediately with a table with a beautiful view of the golf course. Our server Sarah, was friendly and efficient. She got us our starter and drinks. The Crab Stuffed Mushrooms were to die for. My wife ordered the Chicken and I the Salmon for entrees. Both were exceptional, especially the Risotto and the Vegetables. We will definitely return.

    I've been to the Stockpot many times for lunch over the years. All aspects of the meal were excellent. The entree salads are fresh, delicious and generous. Same for the sandwiches and the seafood entrees. At my most recent visit, we were a party of six and the service was terrific with water glasses kept full and just enough inquiries about how things were going without being intrusive. I had the cod with a tamarind seasoning that was marvelous. I must also recommend the Stockpot's ambience, with large windows showing the golf course which makes one feel like you are at a resort. Lastly, the prices are quite reasonable.

    I've lived in the area for over 25 years and this is the first time I've been to the Stockpot. What a fantastic surprise. I had their prime rib and the whole meal was absolutely delicious. Also, they are one of very few restaurants that had peppermint ice cream on the dessert menu. I was totally satisfied!!

    We were a group of 7. All of meals were excellent. I had the shorts in’s - delicious! Check out the limoncello cake - so light. Service was excellent - attentive but not intrusive. Excellent night for all of us.

    As always, we were not disappointed! We took another couple out for his birthday and it was wonderful. Great service, delicious choices and a reasonable bill. We have been choosing this restaurant for years and it is always a delight. We even have our favorite server! Be sure to enter the restaurant hungry, because you'll be filled by the time dessert is offered. That said, their deserts are wonderful.

    The view of the golf course from the restaurant is amazing. The menu offers a great variety of dishes to please anyone's palate. The service with our waitress Sharon was the most attentive and friendly. She and all the staff made us feel very comfortable and special for our daughter's birthday.

    Friendly staff and comfortable surroundings couldn't make up for a tough, poorly cooked steak. Ordered mid rare, which it was in the very center but nowhere else, and required an unusually long chew time for a NY strip.

    I had the prime rib. It was delicious, but what really makes a meal there is that they pay a lot of attention to the sides. Even the green beans which are usually just thrown on the plate were excellent. Really a nice place to go to on a weekend that is it downtown and it’s easy to get a reservation. A hidden gem. P.s. Order the crab stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer, you can thank me later.
