   Surf and Turf was probably the best we've ever had! The keylime Cheesecake was also amazing. The temperature of the restaurant was our only complaint. Very lovely meal, would go again!

   Service was good and the venue was nice, but the food we had (set menu, mains of the steak and the lobster) were fine but not particularly special, with fries that were fairly bland but for a bit of paprika. Not bad but we'd hoped for more at the price.

   Came out for Mother’s Day, first impression of server was they looked miserable we still smiled and was very polite regardless of this, there was only an issue with one meal a steak was undercooked this was handeled but then left my mum to eat her meal alone and pack it to go as everyone else was finished eating. The hill came to around £200 which is a substantial amount of money already once the bill was paid the manager I believe saod who will pay the rest ? And pointed at my mother in law I then told him the bill was complete we would not be paying the service fee he then quite loudly I must add asked me why “I did not want to pay” I had paid but he should have asked why I didn’t wan to pay the service, when I told him my mum ate separately and service was just a little slow he then argued back and told me my mum did not complain so I told him she did complain that’s why the steak was changed and I am the one paying for the meal so I can complain I really don’t appreciate being questioned like that and the way i was questioned about paying service charge after spending over £200 on a meal and over £100 on drinks it wasn’t a nice ending to the night and definitely left a bad taste in our mouths. I normally go to burger and lobster and the service is great the servers last light looked tired and miserable the bar was very slow and when I asked if there was any other bar staff a staff member said “he will do it “ and walked away and I’m being questioned about service charge and Infront of other customers too very bad customer service especially for a manager very disappointed for the type of establishment I thought I was eating in

   The food was barely warm and tasteless. The person serving us kept forgetting what we ordered and got the drinks order wrong, twice. Considering what we paid, surf and turf it was a Huge disappointment.

   Didn't realise this restaurant was part of a hotel. We were the only people there for our anniversary meal, so very lonely & next to no absence. The food was ok. I had "surf & turf croquets, which were very bland and gloopy inside. For mains we both had lobster, which again were ok, nothing special, just ok. The 12.5% "discretionary" service charge which is automatically entered onto the bill doesn't seem "discretionary", more like compulsory. Didn't consider it great value. The "Anniversary dish" at the end was a nice touch, but sadly didn't make up for a mediocre meal.

   The meal was awful. Both myself and my husband had a rare steak. I’ve never known a steak cooked rare to be so tough to cut. It was also burnt on the outside and tasted awful. The accompanying chips looked like they were from a frozen bag at the supermarket. I took a bite of one of the onion rings and there was no onion- only mushy batter. The waiter never asked how the meal was at the end- maybe he didn’t want to hear the answer. Reviews had given it 4.5 stars overall! We’ll definitely never be back. Would suggest avoid at all costs.

   Lobster wasn’t great and chips were too chunky and not fresh. Overall, it was just ok but good service from the team and nice mocktails

   Restaurant was uncomfortably warm inside. Steak was not prepared as requested and replacement also not prepared as requested. This meant one diner waited for the second meal to arrive so meal became cold. Cocktails were ok, way overpriced for the food and service we received. Won’t be returning.

    Good food, reasonable price. The ambiance isn’t the best but it’s ok, same with the service.
