Bienvenidos al Steak & Lobster: nuestro nombre, nuestro menú. Hemos tomado la decisión y realizado los ajustes oportunos. Con un menor número de opciones, podemos centrarnos en perfeccionar lo que mejor sabemos preparar: filetes de ribeye de 280 g añejados en seco y langosta fresca entera servida en su medio caparazón. Nuestros restaurantes son divertidos y acogedores, modernos y elegantes. Elegancia sin florituras. Vengan a verlo por sí mismos. Eso sí, no pregunten por los especiales (no hay ninguno). It was steak and lobster before they change the whole menu had the chicken burger which was dry also the aribeta pasta was probably the worse thing I’ve ever eaten honestly poor poor food the service was good at least but waste of time and money

Our service throughout was terrible. Our server barely made any effort during our visit, he acted like he didn’t want to be there, drinks were ordered and forgotten, asked other servers and still didn’t receive them. Sauce was forgotten with the steak, but the check back wasn’t till the end of the meal and very half heartedly asked if we still wanted it… the steak was gone. The Philly cheesesteak style meal was all fat and barely any steak. No kids meals offered which seems unfair with the price of the food..but I ordered pizza which was just cheesy bread. We weren’t offered dessert menus, and we had to locate our server to pay and leave the restaurant.

I will not be dining here again sadly. The welcome server Tirati was extremely rude and unprofessional when i requested to be seated elsewhere. Unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant member of staff. I also witnessed her angrily shout at another member of staff who tried her best to accommodate us. Tirati then began speaking in another language when her manger instructed her to move our table. The only saving grace is that Reina ( i hope i have the correct name) was extremely polite, pleasant and friendly which made up for it. Due to this staff members actions i would not visit again. The menu is very limited now and was previously better when this was a steak and lobster chain. Do not bother going!

The food was lovely, went for my sons birthday and after we ate the main meal they brought him a birthday gift which was a lovely surprise for him. The staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcome and were very helpful. The risotto was amazing!!! Definitely recommend

I booked here expecting it to be steak and lobster as it used to be, literally only a few months ago. I tried to call them on the telephone number provided on here and on google but none of the numbers go through. So when we turned up we checked if it was steak and lobster and they said no not anymore. We decided to try the food anyway and the bill was just over £100 for 2 burger meals, 2 drinks plus 1 starter and side of extra chips. Personally I prefer when it was steak and lobster and didn’t think the food was that great. It wasn’t bad I just don’t think I’ll go back. The food did come out hot though so that’s always a good thing. And the service provided was good too. I just unfortunately won’t return as don’t think it was worth the price paid and was looking forward to steak and lobster!

We were a table of seven, work colleagues, table was tucked away and not much space around us to move. Two of us arrived first and ordered drinks, all fine, the next four arrived and the final person around 20 mins later and we had already ordered our main meals by this point. He then ordered his and a drink and we sat and waited. It must have been a good 20 mins, the last person ordering got his first, another 10 mins, three people got their food, another 5 mins and the final plates landed. Unacceptable to bring out meals staggered like this, should all be at once and it was very disruptive like this. Food was ok, no-one was particularly blown away by their meals, one guest had the lobster, after all the plates were cleared another 5-7 mins passed and he was brought a bowl of water to rinse his hands. Also, because we were so squeezed into the space, the waitress couldn't move around the table and had to keep asking people to move their seats so she could reach the plates, glasses etc. Again, not professional at all. Overpriced for what you get, would not visit again. Very disappointed and it was a Monday evening so not overly busy. We stayed no longer than an hour and a half.

Had a really nice time, me and my partner came for dinner for my birthday. Service was great, all staff members we interacted with were professional, kind and welcoming. Food was good! Steak cooked well (medium), chips and lemon salad was great. But we wasn’t a fan of the heritage salad. Lychee martini was fabulous. Only point I would like to say is that we booked for 8pm and there was young children running around. I understand it’s a part of a hotel & I also have young children that I left at home. But the staff should maybe sit large groups/children in an area away from intimate diners.

Set menu, not as advertised online. No steak as advertised. 2 starters, 2 mains 2 deserts only. Steak phili sub (Steak, more grissle and not a lot of that ) desserts awful. Not recommended at all. Then sat us next to kitchen doors. Poor poor poor.

If you refer to our current menu on our hotel website, you’ll see that we’ve updated our offerings.
