Over the years since she passed we have tried literally hundreds of I Italian restaurants from Surprise to Old Town Scottsdale, and Pinnacle Peak to Gilbert. Many of them are no longer with us...God rest their Pasta. Our very favorite is Tutti Santi. I Do believe Nina actually enlisted All The Saints to guide her chefs hands.
