Morris (Township) Restaurants

Our table of three had dinner, as requested, in the bar. The bartender/server was terribly inexperienced. One guest ordered a Tanqueray martini on the rocks; the server asked if he also wanted vodka in the drink--huh?--no--and then charged more than the usual charge at Prime for a Tanqueray martini. One of our party ordered soup; the server ordered it to be served with the entrees. The guest declined the soup offered after his walleye was on the table. By contrast with this experience, on many occasions, we have had absolutely wonderful servers in the bar. Unfortunately, not this time.

The patio is a popular spot in the summer, but we got reservations for inside and luckily were able to find a table outside when we arrived. We are not strangers to the menu at Pike & Pint, so it's fun to try the specials and check out the seasonal items from time to time. Great care goes into delivering a great meal and that it's a good experience.

Great Food!!! Great Service!!! We had the Almond Walleye and the New York strip. Both cooked to perfection and very flavorful. Will definitely be back!

The setting is charming, quiet, very peaceful overlooking the lake. The winery is a family run operation. The staff is very friendly and the wine is excellent.
