I was working out of town & wanted a decent meal, so I tried Bowdies. Man am I glad I did. Lisa was my server & she was very nice & did a good job. I got their version of crab cakes & it was delicious! The only down side was it took over 40 minutes to get my main course. They were very busy though so I understand. When my Surf & turf showed up it was well worth the wait! The lobster tail was perfect, as was the filet. I had mushrooms & scallops potatoes as side & both were outstanding & large enough for 3 adults. I did not care for the peanut butter & chocolate cake.. I will return when back in Grand Rapids!

Service was great, food was amazing, knowledge of the staff on what they had and what would work best amazing. Highly recommend if you have never been to stop in and go up to MDRD.

The food and service were amazing as usual. There were a couple of tables that had a few individuals that were pretty loud and semi-annoying, but that also helps keep the mood at a little less casual feeling, while still enjoying a fine dining experience.

We went for our anniversary. My partner has celiac disease and they had a GF menu and bread! He was very excited. Music was fun. Staff was nice and knowledgeable. Wine was amazing and food was good. All the food has a wine pairing which was cool. Since it was our anniversary we were offered complimentary champagne or truffles!! 10/10 would recommend

Great experience on New Year’s Day! Everyone enjoyed their food. The Biscuits For A Cause and Sriracha Honey Chicken & Waffles were the standouts. PT was very engaging and attentive throughout the entire meal. We’ll be back!
