You can tell this is a very well run, clean, professionally run business the moment you enter the restaurant, from the hostess that confirmed our reservation and escorted us to our table and introduced us to our server Michael. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative on the various wines to the choices on the menu. We started with the calamari and it was delicious, cooked and prepared perfectly, the main Sue had the Linguine con Pollo e tartufo, and myself the lasagna alla bolognese, both meals were perfect, Michael checked in on us from time to time but never overly, at the end of the meal Micheal introduced us to the owner who came over to see how we were enjoying our visited , after a brief interesting conversation about the history of the restaurant she left, I found her very informative about the history of the restaurant , she was very sociable and I enjoyed this interaction . After our dessert we left and headed back to Fredericton 100km away, figuring out when we were going to return and enjoy another fantastic evening out at Italian by Night. Sue and I were very impressed

We had the best waiters . We had a party of 7 and the girls did a great job. We go there for each of out bd and have been treated well. Love the lunch special
