This was an incredible experience. The food was superb and the service was fantastic. We really enjoyed the chefs coming out to talk about each of the courses.

If you are looking for budget friendling place to grab a quick bite, this place isn't for you. If, however, you are looking for a dining experience that doesn't include chicken fingers, Founders might suit your needs. We have never had a bad meal here.

We had the best experience at the Founder's House. We were there for the guest chef dinner, and could not have been more blown away. This was our first time dining here, and it definitely lived up to the expectations. Chef Roderick and Chef Bryce put together an incredible menu, showcasing the best ingredients from both Nova Scotia and Ontario Farms (I don't think will ever not have a carrot without oats, or lobster without champagne ever again). The wine pairings by Francis were spot on, and only added to enhance the night. Brent our server was just the icing on the cake, keeping the energy high. The entire vibe of the night made it so you could not have had a great time. Looking forward to our next reservation.

We were disappointed with the slow service, we were 90 min before we were serviced our meal. And waited a long time for desert. 2 1/2 hrs altogether for brunch. I received a call two days before telling me that they were changing locations, but we were disappointed to find out when we arrived with two seniors that we would be seated upstairs., this was a hard travel for them

The creativity in just about everything served is enough justification for eating at Junction Sixteen. The impeccable service from the knowledgeable, warm and friendly personnel should also be mentioned. Treat yourself at any, or better, at all Thistle Group venues. Always top notch !
