   It was a good atmosphere for Mother’s Day. The only disappointment was that we didn’t receive the initial complementary bread, our appetizer was a bit cold, and my husband received hard and overcooked prime rib. We did bring it to the servers attention but nothing was done about it. Normally, this is not the case and we were not up to making it an issue.

   We ordered prime rib and it was definitely subpar. Our waitress was awesome though.

   We were seated 15 minutes after our reservation time. All of the dishes and drinks were wonderful. Service was excellent.

   We visited on Mother’s Day, so it was understandably busy. The view was absolutely spectacular and really added to the experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a pleasant place to spend time. Service was decent given the holiday crowd, though a bit slow at times. As for the food, it was just okay—not awful, but not particularly memorable either. Considering the high prices, we expected a bit more in terms of quality and flavor. Overall, worth it for the atmosphere and view, but the food didn’t quite justify the cost.

   We came for a very special celebration, and we were so disappointed in the quality of the food and the cost for the meals, when the steak was over cooked and the quality of the cut was substandard. We've never been disappointed before; something has definitely changed.

   Great experience at Stanley and Seaforts for early Mother’s Day dinner. We recommend for a celebration dinner.

   We go to this restaurant all the time for special occasions. The last two times my food has been cooked wrong. They do make up for it by taking it off of the bill, but the problem is is then as my husband and my son sit and eats their meals. I have to sit and wait for mine to get re-cooked and brought back out to me again and by the time I get it, they’re done eating. The manager definitely tried to make it right but when you’re celebrating a special occasion like Mother’s Day, I’d really love to be able to eat with my family so it kind of ruined the experience a little bit.  I would just love to go there and have all of our food be cooked correctly. And enjoy the entire meal without any problems. And again I have to say the manager was fabulous taking the meal off of our bill.

    Great ambiance, views over Tacoma and excellent service. Free extra parking across the street in lot, in case of busy days
