Stable Café is open daily from 11AM to 2PM for guests of Biltmore Estate.

Satisfy your appetite for house-smoked meats, Carolina barbeque, grilled burgers, and other southern favorites in a historic setting that was once the estate's horse stable.

Biltmore tickets or an annual pass are required to visit all restaurants on the estate. For seasonal evening events, dinner reservations for all the guests in the party must have an evening-specific ticket or be an estate lodging guest. Dinner menu is a three-course, prefix menu.

The convenient location next to Biltmore House, friendly hospitality, and delectable food make the Stable Café a popular stop after visits to the house and gardens. The ambiance of the historic surroundings in the renovated stable complex is unmatched.

Great place to eat after or before touring the Biltmore. Our waitress was outstanding and the manager recognized me as a VIP which impressed my friends. Great time!

My absolute favorite place to eat! The chicken salad is always delicious! I finished my lunch with a banana cream pudding crème brûlée. Oh goodness, how amazing! My server was the best! Worth the two hour drive for a light lunch with so much beauty all around.

Good food and great atmosphere. Staff was very nice and we were seated in a reasonable amount of time even though it was very busy. Probably was beneficial to make reservations, which we did, but they were able to accommodate earlier seating. Wedge salad was beyond yum!

Stable Cafe was a very pleasant surprise! We booked a table at 11:30 am and were allowed to rest-enter the house afterwards with no problem. The food was amazing and reasonably priced as well. We had the smoked chicken leg quarter on collard greens and grits and it was perfect. The side salad with basil vinaigrette was fresh and perfectly balanced, with lots of farm-to-table goodness to be had. The meal was delicious and we didn’t feel gouged at all. We will be back!
