Stable Café is open daily from 11AM to 2PM for guests of Biltmore Estate.

Satisfy your appetite for house-smoked meats, Carolina barbeque, grilled burgers, and other southern favorites in a historic setting that was once the estate's horse stable.

Biltmore tickets or an annual pass are required to visit all restaurants on the estate. For seasonal evening events, dinner reservations for all the guests in the party must have an evening-specific ticket or be an estate lodging guest. Dinner menu is a three-course, prefix menu.

The convenient location next to Biltmore House, friendly hospitality, and delectable food make the Stable Café a popular stop after visits to the house and gardens. The ambiance of the historic surroundings in the renovated stable complex is unmatched.

The service was genuinely outstanding. The ambiance - a converted stable was really fun. The food was yummy. The waiter bent over backwards to accommodate our preferences.

Nice place to get lunch. Service is was wonderful. Love the setting, very quaint. Food was good. The bbq pork sandwich was a bit dry for my taste, I forgot to request the dressing for my salad on the side. The salad had too much dressing. But all in all a nice place for families and groups

The sandwiches were cold, dry, buns were stale. Fries were cold. Rissoto was great. Quality didn’t meet previous visits.

First off, we didn’t receive our cornbread. Then when our plates came out, the fries were cold. The meal itself was ok. Hamburger my friend got said it was alright, not the best she’s had. And my bbq sandwich was tasty but not the best I had either. For the prices it felt like meals we could make ant home. Our hosted seemed to be distracted the whole time. While she was taking our order she would get easily distracted by what was going on and she would have to ask us to repeat or just didn’t seem to be reading our table. It wasn’t an awful experience but not the best.

My wife had the Salad with strawberries & nuts, and I had the burger and fries. Both were excellent. The bread with the salad and the burger buns were both very good. The service was excellent.

Made reservation when we purchased our tickets for day. Planned our day around this and exhibit, made day enjoyable and relaxing not waiting for table. Service prompt and friendly, nice quick lunch and back outside to enjoy the gardens!
