ST. JOHN Bread & Wine reflects the rhythms of its locale whilst observing the same respect for seasonal, indigenous ingredients and "the whole beast" as the bigger sister restaurant. Currently opening for dinner, Tuesday to Saturday, this branch very much beats its own drum with a menu structured towards a slightly less formal manner of dining, with guests actively encouraged to share dishes as they're ready from the kitchen.

As well as selling goods to take home from our bakery, wines by the bottle or the case can be bought from our lists to take home with some delivery available.

Bread & Wine has been voted Best British Restaurant by the Evening Standard and named as best value restaurant by The Observer Food Monthly.

As always a wonderful treat. Esp shoutout to the buttermilk pudding. And kudos to the lovely FOH who are so knowledgeable about both food and wine in such a lovely way. And obviously I have to mention the wonderful welcome for Gus who wishes to apply for the position of assistant maitre d’. Thank you!!

30m after the beginning of our experience we started to feel rushed like get out of here so we can accomodate some walk ins kind of feeling , the server instead of bringing the dessert we ordered brought the bill and the machine. I’ve been in saint John’s before and none of this happened. Food brilliant as always

First time dining here, but it won’t be the last! Thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the attentive, but discreet service from the immaculately dressed waiting staff. Love the concept and love the daily changing menu.
