The food and experience is always great. It was very cold. So cold that it was difficult to enjoy sitting there to enjoy our guests and meal.

First time visiting after hearing all about the restaurant. Very cool, old, classy vibe to it. Service from our waiter was outstanding! Definitely on the “must do” list if visiting Indianapolis for the first time.

Normally the restaurant has a buzz just from being a busy restaurant... this last visit had a 20 top of some of the loudest people I've ever had the displeasure of dining alongside... the food was fantastic as usual service was mostly very good but attention was heavily directed towards the large party ... not enough to be as bad as an applebees but certainly not the norm of st elmos... I'm also pleased to say the cocktail sauce hit the way it used to

Our server Andre was fantastic, shrimp cocktail and Cesar salad one point as usual. The complimentary bean soup is great even on such a hot day. The steaks were well seasoned but undercooked. We both ordered Medium rare and both came out rare. We were hungry so we didn’t bother sending them back but this is the second thim this has happened so I wonder if we should order medium to get medium rare?

We ate in the basement for the first time in the small room and it was very nice; a little noisy at times. We had Glenn for our server; he was awesome!!

Really had a great time. Food was excellent. Service was even better! If you go. and you are lucky enough to get Phillip as your waiter, you will have the best dining experience of your lifetime! Phillip was attentive, informative, playful, and humorous, all while comporting himself with the elegance and class that one would expect of a high-end steakhouse. Highly recommend. Will certainly dine there again.

Our server was phenomenal. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he absolutely made the experience. The shrimp cocktail was perfection as usual, lobster bisque was too die for, our steaks were great. My husband actually received his and our server noticed it was cooked differently than was ordered immediately and got him another one. 5/5. We will be back.

You say you have a dress code but you do not. You will seat any slob in flip flops. Your girl at the font is extremeky arrogant. . We were dressed in suits and she texted the girl at the end of the bar to seat us in the basement. We deferred to a better table. We were the only people in the building who ordered 2 bottles of French vino. . Waitress was great but the arrogance is off the charts. They want numbers. Not quality. Steak was mediocre. Pass. Go to a better place in a better city. It sucks.
