   Great spot with all the perfect dishes to go with it. Prime rib was the best I’ve ever had. As always the shrimp cocktail didn’t disappoint. An American jewel.

   Excellent service. Cowboy rib eye was cooked to a perfect medium. Famous shrimp cocktail was fire…literally…the spicy cocktail sauce is not for the faint of hearts. Great experience.

   Our server, Kyle, was OUTSTANDING. He even gave us a tour of the restaurant after dinner!

   Kyle T. Made our visit 10x better. Didn’t have to ask for anything because he anticipated our needs. The shrimp was definitely not our cup of tea and was super spicy. But we were warned by Kyle. Drinks were strong but worth the price.

   We introduced family to St. Elmos. Told them to go slow on the horseradish sauce for shrimp. They found out why, but scooped up every bit in the bowl after shrimp was gone. Steaks were fabulous. Prime rib not cooked to one's liking. After recooking , it was just okay. But St. Elmos took it off the bill in the end. Great decision to make you want to come back! Our waiter, Parker, was suberb!

   We had reservations for my so sons graduation from college. The table was in a quiet room. Our server Jordan was amazing. He was nice, prompt, and his service was excellent. The food was amazing!

    I wish I remembered our server’s name, but he was the best! Everything tasted phenomenal and came out in a timely manner.
