Spotos Fish & Oyster in Palm Beach Gardens is as authentic as you can get. With fresh-shucked cold-water oysters that come from Long Island and Cape Cod along with a full menu of seafood delights, there is no reason to go anywhere else in search of a premier oyster bar. Patrons can dine inside or outside, weather permitting, for lunch or dinner.

The main event at Spotos Fish & Oyster is, of course, the oysters on the half shell; menu doesn't disappoint. Enjoy Bluepoint from Long Island, Wellfleet from Cape Cod and a daily featured oyster the chef has selected. Littleneck and Cherrystone clams from Cape Cod are also on the menu. Both oysters and clams are offered raw as well as in many dishes.

We love this restaurant. We tend to go on the later side, sit outside and order slowly so we can enjoy each other’s company along with the food. First I ordered a couple of shrimp. They were mushy. I asked for an another one to see if it was a bad batch. That one was also mushy. When the waiter removed my uneaten plate he did not ask if anything was wrong. He just charged us for the uneaten shrimp. Very disappointing for such a nice establishment. My husband had the salmon ends for his first course. They were delicious. Our waiter constantly asked us what we wanted next. I explained that we wanted to take our time and we would let him know. It was frustrating and he kept interrupting us. Next we shared a salad that was delicious. I was planning on ordering the artichoke and hoping I would be able to order the a la carte lobster tail. I know it isn’t meant to be ordered that way but many restaurants allow it. Especially since my shrimp was so bad. Our waiter very quickly said no. It can’t be ordered that way. So I said fine. Add it to my husband’s fish. That seemed to take our waiter to the end. We never saw him again. It took a tremendous amount of time to receive our check and I believe my husband had to go inside to pay the bill because he never came out again. We love spotto. We have never had a problem here. Last night was the exception. I can appreciate that everyone has a bad day but then you should stay home. You shouldn’t take it out on couples trying to rekindle relationships. What a fabulous experience the Spoto Brunch was!! The display of seafood, salads, charcuterie boards, desserts was exceptional. All the food was fresh and delicious. If that wasn't good enough, the service was off the chart . From the hostess to table service, just perfect! The small plate appetizers and specialty cocktails were an extra surprise to the array of food offerings. If you leave Spoto's Brunch hungry or not happy, perhaps your next brunch appointment should be with a mental health specialist!! Everyone in our party was wondering what took us so long to discover this gem!! Thanks to all for working so diligently to earn this 5 star review!!!

Excellent menu with enough variety to suit every taste. Seafood very fresh. Prices on the high side. Attentive wait staff. Quite noisy in the main dining room.

Never had a bad experience at ANY establishments that Bryce has his hands in. He is definitely a Gem in south Florida . Thank you Bryce for knowing what the community desires and delivering on it.

Spotos not only has great food, but the service is terrific. We had Will for the night, and he was top-notch. He gave us great recommendations, and everything turned out to be excellent. He even made us a martini that wasn't on the menu which turned out to be one of my favorite martinis that I will be getting there every time I go. I will be back way too often!

Went to Spoto’s for the first time and had a true 5 star experience. Started with roasted garlic clams that were excellent with plenty of luscious broth to sop up with bread. Red and golden beet salad was tasty with feta and walnuts. For mains we got the pecan crusted grouper with andouille potato hash and the Spoto’s seafood platter. My husband loved the fish dish and I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh oysters, lump crab, shrimp and ceviche on the platter. Everything was beautifully plated and the dinner was paced perfectly. Kudos to our server Adam for seeing that we weren’t rushed through dinner and presenting us with an outstanding piece of coconut custard pie for our anniversary. I can’t wait to go back and try everything on the menu.
