Walleye was great, steak was overdone. A little under staffed. The constant door opening to service the patio area let a lot of flies into the restaurant. Waiter handled the steak issue very professionally. Manager appeared to just be relieved that I wasn't going to yell about the steak. I have seen 18 year old Taco Bell managers be more of an adult.

Food is very good. Disappointed that they did not have the "Sparkling Rose" that was on the wine list.... Very noisy. Hard to have a conversation. Still one of my chosen places.....the patio is wonderful once the weather warms up!

I love this place. The wine is incredibly inexpensive, the salads and walleye are fabulous and it's got a great vibe. Service is usually attentive yet unobtrusive.

We dined at 530p on Saturday with a reservation. We were seated promptly. No one came to the table for about 15 min and it was about another 15 min for our drinks to arrive. Water took about 10 min after we ordered drinks (so 25 min). Our food was very good. We had a near injury while seated in a corner booth. The table bus staff put the round trays above on the corner. One of them flew off (by accident) and hit my friend in the head. They didn't realize it happened. We told our server and she asked if my friend was ok and asked if she wanted ibprofen? I found that a strange response. I think she should have sent a manager over.

What this site calls an "energetic" level of noise I call uncomfortable. Could hardly have a conversation. Service was good; didn't feel rushed. Lasagna was in a puddle of sauce; couldn't eat most of it.

5 adults for dinner — apps good, 4 of 5 entrees were good, 1 entree (Pizza) was not very good. Desserts were good, with the exception of one (cheesecake). Drinks good, coffee good. We dine at Spasso fairly often, last night not one our best experiences. Thank you.

One of my favorite spots in the west metro. Great food and good family restaurant. Server seemed scattered, almost overwhelmed. Host was not friendly or engaged in creating a pleasant start to the experience. Guessing the group in front of us was turned away because of no reservation. He seemed annoyed with them.

Disappointed in my experience at Spasso last night. I ordered the arugula salad with a side of salmon stressing to the waitress that I wanted the dressing on the side. The salad came with the dressing already on the arugula and it was saturated. Portion size was very small for what I paid. I did not send it back as our waitress was busy.

We live just blocks from Spasso and love having a family friendly, casual restaurant so close. It’s out of the Wayzata congestion and more affordable great wine deals! Great fresh bread and pasta! Homemade gelato😪
