   Service was bad. I am pretty sure our waiter forgot about us several times throughout dinner. Appetizers were good but got two main fish dishes and they had zero flavor. Very expensive and not worth it.

   Brought in our fresh fish caught that afternoon. It was a breezy night so sat by the bar. The chef explained how he was going to prepare- he didn’t disappoint. Our server, Sarah was OTT. Extremely attentive and super friendly. This is a great place -even if you’re a local, you feel like you’re on vacation

   It has a lovely atmosphere on the beach overlooking the ocean. At dinner the tables have white tablecloths and white cloth napkins which adds elegance to the experience even though it is not a fancy place. We shared the Argentinian clams (delicious broth), octopus, conch fritters and a very good Caesar salad. It was a delicious dinner and is one of the best low key, but high atmosphere spots on Key West. A very pleasant island dining experience. The drinks are good too!

   We were so happy we picked Southermost Beach Cafe for our last dinner in Key West. It was by far the best dining experience of our entire Florida vacation. We got a beachfront table, our waiter was awesome and the food was amazing.

    The setting is good, adjacent to the public beach on the ocean and cool and pleasant out of the sun. The food was mediocre at best—chewy and tasteless calamari and a medium cooked burger that was well done and tasteless. Tasty tropical drinks. Go for the location and view of the ocean, and for a drink, but not for the food, would be my recommendation.

    Prices are adjustable! Menu price may not be what they charge. Food was below average. However, oysters on half shell were Canada’s best. Perfect. Service was terrible. Main course before appetizers etc. But Lava Cake excellent!

    Beautiful location. My snapper, unfortunately, was over cooked, dry and difficult to eat. Husband’s pork chops were excellent. Key lime pie was lovely as was the cheese cake. Go, but don’t order the snapper.

    Our group of four had a wonderful experience. Food was delicious and the view is awesome. Our server couldn’t have been more accommodating. We’ve been coming down to Key West for the last 4 years and this is always a meal we look forward to!

    Great spot right on the beach. Wide choice of dishes and fresh fish. Food came really quickly. Basically as soon as it was cooked so it was fresh and hot. Loved the conch chowder and wahu

    I ordered filet and lobster. I got top sirloin and a tiny lobster tail not freed from the shell. Don’t go here for dinner. They treat the dishes like they are serving fools. What a ripoff.

    You can’t beat the setting, right on the beach in Key West. The food is very good, although tending to be quite spicy.

    My husband and I both had fish specials and they were really good with great sauces. Cooked perfectly! Our server was very nice and did a good job! If your looking for fresh fish I’d definitely recommend it!!!

    The location is fantastic - but that’s all there is to it. Our service was atrocious and slow, with the waitress seeming to forget about us. My steak was ordered rare but arrived well done. Our kids’ fries were soggy. My cocktail tasted horrible. The rest of the dishes were just below average, which is not what we would have expected given the price.

    Fresh catch of the day was excellent, cocktails are nicely prepared and the server Diane C was friendly, made some great suggestions and could not have been more attentive. It was an excellent dinner. Different sauces were a nice touch and Diane helped us pair them.

    Our 2nd year coming, with our fresh caught fish. Chef Jason prepare another amazing feast for us. He came to our table discussed what he can do and then asked how we would like it prepared. Our server Oxanna was wonderful too. We will definitely be back next year. thank you again, Chef Jason!

    Hands down we had the worst service at dinner that I've ever experienced anywhere in the US or abroad. Our waitress was asked to check on something and she never responded back, didn't respond when asked. She gave no advice when it was solicited about a menu item (resulting in a very disappointing order). She ignored multiple other calls back to the table. She delivered fries, but no catsup until dinner was almost over. At one point she saw that one member needed additional napkins because of a BBQ meal but never offered any nor responded to repeated calls to come back. I could continue. The restaurant wasn't excessively noisy or particularly busy. It very much appeared that she was intentionally ignoring the requests for service. Except for one misguided order (NOTE: the root beer BBQ lollipops are nothing like BBQ/very bland) the food was anywhere from passable to quite good. But nothing will destroy a nice meal like shoddy, disrespectful service.

    Awful. Wrong drinks delivered 2x’s. When making reservation I noted we were celebrating a bday. I mentioned at hostess stand and she said it was in the notes. The food came after over an hour and 15 min. My potatoes were cold but scallops good though - one was undercooked. My husbands food was not served with the sauce they said they had and he didn’t eat it. My daughter told the server it was her dads bday and ordered dessert. It came and not a word from anyone on staff to say happy bday. It was embarrassing for me bc I had made such a big deal about how great the restaurant was and it was a total bust. The waitress and manager took the bottle of wine and his dinner off the bill which was nice but the experience was a total fail and really ruined the celebration.

    The food was really good, however we did not get what was ordered. There was a very large party near us that was very loud, but that is not the restaurant’s fault!! The food was amazing!! One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time!!
