Always a delightful experience. Sweet potato biscuits a must, and really anything else from the menu that sounds halfway interesting will be worth it. The barrel aged sazerac if you like that type of beverage, I recommend.

Top tier restaurant for Lafayette or (really) anywhere. Menu no extensive, but don't let that put you off - EVERYTHING is exceptional presentation, and most importantly: TASTE. Great bar and wine selections. If there is an item that's not among your 'favorites' - you may want to have these folks put it back on that list. We drove from Baton Rouge specifically to have Brunch - and we don't like to drive much.

My husband and I went out to social for our anniversary. We had the sweet potato biscuits for an appetizer. They were so good. I had the Socialite drink. It was very good. I have a second one. His drink was when pigs fly. He liked that as well. We both had the hanger steak and fritters. My husband’s steak was great. Mine had good flavor but it was a bad cut of meat. It had thick fat/grizzle running through it. It was very chewy and I tried to eat around it but it was too much. I finally told the waitress that I didn’t like my steak. She brought it back to the kitchen. They offered to make me another one but I was done with steak after that. The manager comped my steak and gave us a free dessert. It was a nice restaurant and they took care of us.
