Soby’s New South Cuisine is an eclectic blend of contemporary continental cuisine infused with traditional Southern ingredients, transforming old favorites into something fresh and new. The restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Greenville, in a renovated cotton mill built in the 1800s. The atmosphere is warm and energetic and the staff is well-trained to provide a fantastic dining experience for all of our guests. In addition, the wine list offers more than 3,100 selections and an inventory of 15,500 selections. The restaurant is a Wine Spectator Magazine award-winner regular.

                                                      The food and drinks were amazing and the service outstanding! The braised short ribs were melt in your mouth. The onion and Gruyere tart was delicious. Always busy and always delicious!

                                                      We had a wonderful Mother's Day dinner at Soby's. Amelia, our server was fantastic. She was very attentive and offered great recommendations. John, one of the sommeliers, was very gracious about answering questions regarding wine and his services. Overall, the food and drinks were very good. The atmosphere was great.

                                                      Very pleased with our visit to Soby‘s for Mother’s Day brunch. Promptly seated (thanks to a reservation), friendly attentive service, and excellent food. The menu is Southern inspired and elevated in preparation and choice of fresh ingredients like beech mushrooms and French cheeses. Wonderful choice for a special occasion.

                                                      This is one of the best restaurants in Greenville. The food and service were both excellent. We went for brunch. The shrimp and grits were so good! The Banana Cream pie was a great ending.

                                                      First time at Soby's. Will not be out last. From the atmosphere, food and awesome service. Our server (Chloe) made the night. She was so funny and accommodating. The food was amazing. We had Salmon and crab cakes. Shrimp and grits and also fried chicken. No complaints!
