Smith’s Bar & Grill is nestled in Paddington, Central London, it is the first place you see when you walk under the bypass behind Paddington Station.

Known for its high ceilings and almost full-length windows, the natural light in Smith’s is just as nourishing and wholesome as the comfortable furnishings and exquisite selection of food and drink that we serve.

The venue is split into the areas:
• Main Restaurant
• Main Bar & Lounge Area
• Outdoor Terrace Canal-side

Smith’s is an ideal venue for weddings, on-location filming, major launch events, and multi-stage music and entertainment events.
The whole venue can comfortably accommodate up to 200 people for a sit-down dinner and up to 400 standing. Its proximity to Paddington Station (50 yards from the Hammersmith & City Underground entrance) makes it quick to get to for those coming from out of town.

Excellent value for money. Brunch food was great and 2:4:1 cocktails and oysters outside afterwards rounded off a great day.

What a location! The view from the terrace is outstanding. There is also a great bar, excellent staff, a good cocktail menu (unbelievably cheap as well), a good food menu and high quality, delicious food. We went three times in a week.

We visited Smith’s for dinner as wanted a change from our usual restaurants. We’d heard good things and were not disappointed! Service was excellent, and the food and drink were amazing and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and professional. View from terrace is lovely and the atmosphere was chilled. It was our favourite night of the holiday.

We spent the week in London, having read the nice reviews, we wanted to try this place .great atmosphere, great view and great drinks (alcoholic and not), a place that differs from others. Well done all and keep it up!

The location is one of the best in London, by the Paddington canal. It has a wonderful terrace where you can have an unobstructed view. What was unforgettable for us was the care and service from Maurizio and how polite and professional he was throughout our stay at the restaurant. We’ll be back.

When we come to London we always visit our favourite bar & grill! This is our 4th time and it is as good as ever, friendly, clean, comfortable and good value. The burger 🍔 is excellent and the beer is cold! We love the staff, very friendly. Thank you Alfred and team for making us feel at home, see you next.
