Smith’s Bar & Grill is nestled in Paddington, Central London, it is the first place you see when you walk under the bypass behind Paddington Station.

Known for its high ceilings and almost full-length windows, the natural light in Smith’s is just as nourishing and wholesome as the comfortable furnishings and exquisite selection of food and drink that we serve.

The venue is split into the areas:
• Main Restaurant
• Main Bar & Lounge Area
• Outdoor Terrace Canal-side


Smith’s is an ideal venue for weddings, on-location filming, major launch events, and multi-stage music and entertainment events.
The whole venue can comfortably accommodate up to 200 people for a sit-down dinner and up to 400 standing. Its proximity to Paddington Station (50 yards from the Hammersmith & City Underground entrance) makes it quick to get to for those coming from out of town.

    Another fantastic meal, it’s always top quality with brilliant service. We come here every time we come to Paddington for steak, today we also had assorted starters which was lovely.. this restaurant should be in the Michelin guide. High reccomended!

    Fresh and tasty food! The fish was perfectly cooked and rich in flavors. Careful presentation, also excellent calamari. Friendly service and quiet environment. Super recommended!

    Beautiful restaurant with a great service. Delicious food, steak cooked perfect to your liking. Staff very polite and welcoming. Menu prices are very reasonable. Best restaurant we have been to in Paddington area.

    We attended for dinner as a family of 6 and we did not leave disappointed. The food was so good, and the value for money was insane! A nice relaxing atmosphere and the staff were all so happy to see you. Alfredo provided first class service and nothing was too much of an ask - he was so friendly. We would recommend this to anyone coming to the area.

    We had been recommended to visit this restaurant from friends who had all been before. Lobster starter, BEAUTIFUL. Steak & peppercorn sauce BEAUTIFUL. Waiter was called Fabrizio & he could not do enough for you. Defintely recommend a visit 👌🏻
