Smith’s Bar & Grill is nestled in Paddington, Central London, it is the first place you see when you walk under the bypass behind Paddington Station.

Known for its high ceilings and almost full-length windows, the natural light in Smith’s is just as nourishing and wholesome as the comfortable furnishings and exquisite selection of food and drink that we serve.

The venue is split into the areas:
• Main Restaurant
• Main Bar & Lounge Area
• Outdoor Terrace Canal-side


Smith’s is an ideal venue for weddings, on-location filming, major launch events, and multi-stage music and entertainment events.
The whole venue can comfortably accommodate up to 200 people for a sit-down dinner and up to 400 standing. Its proximity to Paddington Station (50 yards from the Hammersmith & City Underground entrance) makes it quick to get to for those coming from out of town.

    Took 30 mins to bring our cold starters and for the timed 90 min roast which was supposed to be bottomless the mains didn’t come until the 70th min!

    We visited yesterday for the bottomless Sunday roast, and greeted by a rather pleasant waiter who gave us a choice of inside or outside and sat us at a lovely table. Our drinks order was taken shortly after and delivered by the bar man. My wife loves a Pina Colada and the one he made was the best she’s had in London! Ham & melon to start was fantastic and our mains of pork belly roast for her and beef for me was beautiful! Very well presented and the food was incredibly. Cooked to perfection! We had to have few rounds :))) Both staff who served us were fantastic, charming and friendly. A credit to the company!

    A bottomless Sunday roast, what is better then that? Great atmosphere, you can have as much as you want for 90minutes, its the best restaurant to spend sundays with friends and family. Well done Smith’s.

    The very best restaurant in Paddington. We went there 3 times so far and we always received very good food, great service, lovely drinks and mainly Alfredo was very helpful and friendly. The steaks are 1st class and we will be back! Their salads are so fresh and they also offer beautiful deserts. Go and enjoy yourselves.Xxx

    Amazing restaurant, amazing food, friendly staff and very very good service. My waiter was Fabrizio. He was amazing and professional. Looked after me and my friend and provided the best service. We will back soon for sure thanks to him.

    We have had dinner here twice allready in a few days, and the food is cooked to perfection, I've not eaten such perfect steak in years, and the amount of food and sides are brilliant, the restaurant it's self is fabulous, and the staff are friendly and so professional, I would highly recommend, this will be one are favourite restaurant when we are in London.

    This is a nice venue. It was noisy and not helped by unnecessary thumping music which, when turned down allowed for better conversation. My main objection is that , despite a 15% service charge added to the bill, was also asked to tip the waiters. I don’t under what the service charge was for as I was already paying for the food to be cooked and served. If it is for service, it is up to the restaurant to distribute amongst the staff. I don’t like the waiters telling me that they don’t get it in a form of moral blackmail. We have to try and stamp out this insidious way of taxing our meals!

    The Ribeye was amazing, cooked to perfection. We particularly loved the side spinach, it was creamy and had so much flavour. The chips were light and fluffy. The bread basket was nice and fresh. We did enjoy our experience and will definitely be returning for more amazing food!
