You’re invited to celebrate with us. We’ll begin with a Champagne Lanson welcome reception and a selection of house favourites—Angry Shrimp, Tuna Tartare, Mini Crab Cakes, bite-size USDA Prime steak, and Bocconcini with pesto and cherry tomatoes. From there, guests are invited to explore four food stations showcasing the best of what we do: • Seafood: oysters, lobster, shrimp, crab, and clams. • USDA Prime Beef: hand-carved, at its best. • Seasonal Salad Bar: fresh, vibrant, unfussy. • Desserts: chocolate cake, key lime pie, and classic New York cheesecake—each one a signature in its own right. It’s a thank you, a toast to our team, and a chance to share what we’ve built with those who helped make it possible. The evening will be complemented by a selection of fine wines, including: • The Federalist Chardonnay 2022 • The Federalist Zinfandel 2021 • The Federalist Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 • The Federalist Pinot Noir • Paso D’Oro Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 • Whitehaven Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc • Orin Swift Abstract Ticket price £65 includes canapes, seafood station, US beef carving station, salad bar and dessert station. One glass of Champagne Lanson (125ml) and one glass of fine wine from the featured selection.
