El restaurante Skates es famoso en la bahía por su menú innovador, su utilizo de ingredientes frescos y porque ofrece una vista espectacular de la bahía, del puente de la Bahía, del puente Golden Gate y de toda San Francisco.     As hard as it appears they try , they do a fair job at preparing for the holiday onslaught of customers. Our waiter did his level best to make sure our food came out timely and hot.But he was thwarted by the kitchen. I guess they're no different than any other restaurant that tries to get the most money out of the holiday while sacrificing customer service.

    Pleasantly surprised and had a great time (early mother’s day celebration)! Thought it may be too pretentious but the staff were all very friendly. Food and the ambience were just right! Definitely will return but this time for an evening outing and will explore their dinner offerings

    A wonderful dining experience and evening out, as usual! Delicious food, good service, caring attentiveness from all the staff. Highly recommended!

    Beautiful setting on the Bay with spacious tables and comfortable padded chairs. Our waitress was delightful and the food excellent for a very reasonable price. We sat at our table for over 2 hours and were never rushed. Our favorite place to dine!

    We had an amazing meal. Our server, Sean, was very attentive to our needs. We are from the Brunch buffet, and everyone enjoyed their meal. The view is amazing. A great end to a visit.

    My guest and I were greeted very warmly by the hostess. We sat at a window seat and thoroughly enjoyed the magnificent views of the Bay, San Francisco, Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge as many sail and fishing boats graced the Bay. Lunch was delicious and the service was exceptional.
