At Castle Farm you'll enjoy delicious, locally sourced ingredients prepared with great culinary expertise by our Executive Chef Karl Lowe.

    Food was great, atmosphere was great, service was great. A little expensive so only somewhere to eat on special occasions for us.

    Excellent experience! Very personable and respectful service and staff. Food was delicious, quick, and fairly priced.

    Dined there for breakfast/lunch during the lavender festival. I chose the Eggs Benedict. It was lackluster. The home fries were lukewarm like they had been sitting in a large warming container. Eggs were well poached, but overall, it just wasn't worth the high price. Save your time and money and go to Wild Eggs for the best Eggs Benedict hands down.

    We arrived for our brunch reservation, got seated rather quickly. However there seemed to be a bunch of activities going on that day so there were kids running around people coming and going constantly. We were asked if we wanted something to start with so we placed our starter order along with cappuccinos, upon waiting for that to come out I kept seeing other tables being approached apologizing for their delay in the orders so I then knew there would be a wait. Needless to say we got our cappuccinos after about 5 mins and at that time our server then took our main order and asked if we wanted everything to come out at once or would we want the bread assortment to come out before, we seemed confused by that so we said bread first then main order. The bread then came out after about 5 mins after we placed our order, we enjoyed the bread assortment and while waiting for our main to come out my spouse got a work call needing them to go in. So I kept trying to find our server walk by which took probably 15 mins, I flagged for him when he was walking by and explained that we would need our order to go now, we apologized about the unfortunate situation but he seemed to have understood. Now, since placing our main order it had been probably 25-30 mins so I know our order had to have been almost ready. And not even a couple mins later he came out with our order all bagged and ready to go. We paid and left, needed to run by the house 15 mins away so my spouse could change and get ready to go into work. I went ahead and started to eat my meal, and let’s just say it was an absolute disappointment. I had ordered the pork belly Benny, the pork belly was practically a thick-cut piece of bacon that was floppy, the tomato was supposed to be blistered but was absolutely raw and cold, the only good thing was the poached egg and the little bit of hollandaise sauce.. we won’t even get started on my spouse’s French toast order, it was even worse. So sad and very disappointed.

    Service was spectacular. I had a lavender lemon drop martini that was excellent. Get the bread appetizer. That strawberry honey spread was so good.

    They have a good marketing team because the dinner experience did NOT equal what they promoted. The service was lacking, had to ask for water refills several times through the dinner, the soda was flat, the meals had zero flavour. My husband had the TKC chicken dish and the breading was hard as a rock, could not eat it. I had the pork tenderloin, zero flavour. For the price we paid it was very lack lustre. I’ve waited 10years to eat here since we live in Canada and this was extremely disappointing. Will not go back.

    Eating brunch at The Kentucky Castle was amazing- staff was very polite and attentive. The castle is absolutely beautiful, great date place as well.

    Everything was great. We had a reservation and they were ready for us. The property is charming. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and we appreciated his recommendations and knowledge about not only the food but also the drinks

    As a Kentuckian and watching the Castle through out the years, I was so excited to finally dine here. I had high expectations for the price. We aren't not scared by price, we have dined at some of the finest here in KY. This whole experience was completely underwhelming! The bunch was just ok. I've had better at Wild Eggs. The interior wasn't anything special. There was a wedding upcoming so, guest were everywhere with no respect that there were dining guest as well. Kids running and yelling. As much as I wanted to love it and write a glowing review, it just its that.
