25 years at this "bustling" Melville hub for both "business meetings" and " family celebrations," "gracious" hosts make folks "feel welcome" as they dig into "large portions" of "delicious" Continental and Northern Italian Favorites. The first to turn a veal chop into veal parmigiana and the first to offer sushi at an Italian Bistro "crudo" Italian Sashimi. Our Sushi Chef ranked 3rd best sushi on Long Island. The Cirella family owns and operates restaurants in some very unique locations. While shopping, don't forget to look for our sister location Gastronemy located inside Saks 5th Ave in the Walt Whitman mall. Food & drink quality is disappointing , Simple items like penne ala vodka with shrimp , Shrimp was charbroiled which over powered the vodka sauce . Espresso martini was all mix had no real coffee or espresso … no froth on the top , beans were in the shaker not put on top. Disappointed !

It was a very rough night for the restaurant in general. We didn't get seated until after 8 o'clock for a 715 reservation, our food took forever, and one of the dishes was totally inedible. I ordered the veal chop, which is normally great, and it was totally raw inside. I took it home in the next day when I heated it up it was fine, but when you go out to dine and you expect things to be made a certain way. They were clearly having an off night because I go here all the time.

Everything was absolutely delicious. The portions were huge. Next time we'll ask for the small size. This time, however, we have a second complete meal of leftovers to eat this week. Looking forward to that very much. Also looking forward to the next time we return to Cirella's.

We all loved Cirella's. The appetizers of fried mozzarella and egglant tower were great, dinner was tilapia, lasagna, chicken parm, and eggplant parm, all delicious. Apple crisp dessert was huge and delicious. Service was attentive, prices reasonable. Restaurant was very crowded and every seemed to enjoy it very much. We will go back to Cirella's, especially for that eggplant parm, top notch !!

All was great except my husbands portion was so small of veal Marsala they should have been embarrassed to serve it. It was like he ordered off the kids menu.
