    Booked a family dinner for a Friday night. Unfortunately there were 2 large parties of 20+, and also and 1 large group booked in the dining room. They also had another large party in the back room. The noise level was well over anything we have ever experienced there before. We were sat at a back table right behind one of the large parties. The noise from the restaurant felt like a wind tunnel to this booth. Luckily we were able to move to another table. It was next to the other large party a tiny bit better but still extremely loud. The ambiance is nothing that is expected at this restaurant. Felt more like a chilis. My husband and son's steak were perfect. However mine was way too rare... I know that is how many like it but for me, I just can't. I had cut it open and the waitress was like that is rare, you asked for medium. She took it back and brought the same steak back like I asked. Cut in again and I was the exact same, as though they just put it under the heater to appease me. She apologized and they were kind to take it off the bill even though I said no worries. Service was great, waitress was sweet and the busboy was non stop. All in all not what we are used to here.

    Although Flemings will always be one of my favorite places to get a fantastic steak and delicious sides, I feel it has lost a little bit of luster. It used to be a dining experience, now I’ve noticed they don’t crumb your table. They did not clear our side plates and get our table ready for our mains. And there were so many children which is fine but the manager was walking around giving them light up flashy toys. For an ala carte restaurant that I love because of all the extras you get from good service I think it is losing its mark a bit. I felt like I was at a regular steakhouse. They don’t even give out the small box of truffles that was once one of my favorite things! They were so amazing!
