    This wine dinner or shall I say champagne dinner was over the top. I have been to three wine tastings at this location, and you cannot beat their attention, positive attitude, food was over the top, the explanation of the Moet Condon was superb. Everything was wonderful including the people who sat with us

    We attended a special champagne dinner and were quite surprised to have been seated with two complete strangers. We thought this was supposed to be a romantic dinner but instead it was very awkward. I called the manager the following day to express my displeasure and he (Darrell) was extremely kind and offered to comp the entire dinner. We have gone there for years and will continue to go as it is our go to restaurant. Just be aware that these special event dinners are "group seating"... Thanks again to Darrell for his handling of the situation.

    Once again we were treated to the best cooked steak! Potatoes Au Gratin were delicious as were the mushrooms and creamed spinach! Kudos to the chef!

    Service and food was very slow After waiting 15 min for our salads they got my wife's salad dressing wrong Ruth Chris no longer has Lobster bisque soap (which was the best) So I tried the French Onion, I did not care for it, so I only ae about 1/4 of it, the waitress did not even ask if I like the soup or wanted something else? it was almost 15 min after we were done with our salad and soup, before our food arrived. Then my wife got choked on her steak, no fault of Ruth Chris, my wife has issues chocking once in a while, thankfully it is down enough, it does not threaten her breathing, My wife was able to use a bowl and napkin, so it was not obvious she threw it up. After about 10 min, the waitress came by to see if we need assistance. At that point she did pack our food and get our bill quickly, but I was surprised the waitress did not offer to take my wife's meal off the bill. we have eaten at Ruth Chris many times through the years, including a couple private parties. The last time we ate at Ruth Chris about 2 months ago, the food was very slow also, we probably won't be coming back, Food is usually good, but food and service is slow. not worth the cost.

    The service and food was amazing. Mel I believe was our servers name and she was amazing. The whole team was phenomenal. We can’t wait to go again!
