   They changed their happy hour menu which is a bit confusing. We had a 3:15 reservation and after we paid I noticed that we were charged full price for the two glasses of sangria. When I bought this up to the manager's attention she made it seem like we had ordered before happy hour cuz it said that I paid it 3:09 p.m. as I'm standing there at 4:08 p.m and we had a 3:15 reservation. She had a tone that was almost accusing like I was lying. Needless to say they wouldn't refund my credit card so instead they would refund the two drinks at the happy hour price and put it on a gift card. My husband had also ordered the pale ale and they brought him a lager. I just feel that the attention to detail is not up to standard.

   As a former Earls employee, I can’t say that I’ll be back anytime soon. Where’s the love? Overcooked chicken, barely dressed Caesar salad, falling apart rolls, and a server who took so long to return my boss had to leave for meeting before she could settle the bill.

   I go there plenty of time but I had salmon this time , I found my salmon was overcooked and very dry Not too happy about it

   The table behind us was extremely loud. At times servers were hard to come by. But overall the food was great. Our servers gave extra dessert which was a huge bonus.

   The prawns in the prawn Benny were not cooked and some were raw. The server and manager were quick and efficient in ordering a replacement but it did lead to a disappointing brunch because the person who ordered the prawn Benny had to wait for the new order so had to eat alone when everyone else was finished

   Excellent Happy Hour with a wide choices of beverage and food options. The Queen Bee pizza has unique ingredients that come together for an awesome flavour profile! Great staff! 😊 Hossay is the best!!!
