   Worst Christmas dinner ever. Only had 3 wait staff for whole place. Mgr was cooking and cleaning tables hadn't been there in 10 year sand it may be another 10 yrs. All they had to do is tell us they can't help us for dinner after we made a reservation. That would have been better than waiting 2o mins after we were seated to take an order and 50 mins more for a cheeseburger and burnt onion rings. A salad and soup . all terrible

   This is the worst Friday’s I’ve seen in all the world! EXTREMELY ghetto acting. No greeting upon walking in, barely acknowledge ur even there without u making them aware of it. No dress code. Very unprofessional even the manager! 1/2 of the tables were available and they refused to let me sit down saying the waitresses were busy now, but there were 3 people working at the door! Never never go to the Friday’s on wake forest road, Raleigh! Total nightmare!

   We visited this restaurant for my birthday. Happy times right? Not so much. There was a lack in service. After waiting for more than 10 minutes to be greeted by our waiter, we asked another waitress for assistance. She stated she would let him know. Another waitress finally came and stated she would be taking our drink orders only. We ordered appetizers; however, the entree came within 3 - 5 minutes of the appetizer. There were dirty table around and people in the waiting area getting frustrated. I took a picture out of disbelief. The waitresses were unwilling to assist when asked for assistance. One waitress came in, clocked in and stood at the hostess stand crying for about 10 minutes. Mind you, our table was 2 tables in front of the stand. It made our meal awkward. Needless to say the overall service and lack of effort was a deal breaker for us. Our server was nice, however overwhelmed. We visited this establishment a few months ago and received similar service but was hoping it was a fluke and decided to give it another try. Needless to say, our prior experience was on point. Next time, we will take the drive to dine at another location in another town. This establishment needs to be monitored closely by upper management; not the ones on duty during our visit.

   Great experience! Manager very helpful and provided the excellent customer service experience.food is always good! Rewards program is awesome. Go TGI Friday’s!

   Boneless wings were very good and got them for a great deal unlimited for $10 dollars waitress was nice but seemed tired and took a long time to come to our table each time she came my ribs Tasted extremely burnt I was highly disappointed I wasted my money on them I should've just kept to the unlimited appetizers
