   We had reservations for 30 for noon on sept 1st. Realizing it was very busy. Some never got drinks, 3 different people had hair in their food, food was very cold but plates scorching(setting on hot plate), put all food on one bill even though we told her and she took orders as individually couples. Seemed that staff was extremely understaffed and unable to serve lg crowd. 1 waitress shld never have group of 30 alone. With having a large group you cannot bring food out all at one time. We would rather have warm food. And we realize the kitchen cannot fix food for 30 and all other tables at one time. We witnessed the manager(jeff ?) in a confrontation with another group next to us. Yelling and angry on both sides. Very unprofessional for manager to angrily interact with customers. Sometimes just have to smile and listen and hopefully those customers never come back. Hopefully this store learns from day. Staff was not prepared but our waitress was very apologetic and tried her best. It was first college game day and huge soccer tourney at Grand Park. Hopefully all take note of what seemed like a disastrous day. The menu seems good but wait and kitchen staff totally overwhelmed

   They were very accommodating for a group of 12, at the last minute. The food was very good, especially the fried pickles. The fried pickle burger was tasty as well.
