Das Essen war hervorragend, unsere Wünsche bezüglich eines ruhigen Tisches wurden nicht berücksichtigt beziehungsweise sind nicht im Hotel angekommen.

It was our anniversary so of course we chose One of our favorite Montréal restaurants. The service was perfect, food excellent. We were unfortunately very disappointed to hear that the restaurant discontinued our favourite desserts: the Apple and ice cream option, and the key lime pie. We therefore sadly skipped that part of the experience. We hope to hear that the restaurant will bring them back .

Phenomenal food and excellent, attentive service! Highly recommended - especially for a special occasion. We took my mother for her birthday and they gave her an incredible homemade cake on the house!

It has been a few years since I have returned to Montreal and Gibbys was top of my list. The meal over all was good and we only had 2 problems…I ordered a Gibbys martini, and found out after drinking a bit of it, they ran out of Blue cheese olives..the server “forgot” to mention that, and then the steak I ordered, medium rare, was well done on the first attempt, blue rare on the 2nd and then the 3rd was rare…not bad for a steak house…but the other 2 steaks for the table where cooked to order. The server also mentioned she informed the manager and the manager would be coming to see me…never did and the steak was still on my bill, until I asked about it. The outside dinning is a great addition.

I always go to Gibbys and usually don’t share a meal but last night I did,the water did not tell us that he was going to charge for the extra potatoe or an extra Salad or the pepper sauce my husband asked for steak sauce and a charge for sharing this is ridiculous , I could of ordered another separate meal for these charges . The waiter should have told us!
