The artisan cheese plate laden with an array of gourmet cheeses, fruit spreads and toast points makes a most welcoming starter. Some of Carson's on Whitfield's specialty entrées include the Carson's seafood risotto loaded with shrimp, lobster, mussels, calamari, peas, saffron and mascarpone cheese, the lollipop pork chops slathered in cilantro pesto and served with a white bean and avocado salsa and the roasted Statler natural chicken breast with green chili polenta with zucchini pappardelle pasta. Carson's on Whitfield's gourmet burgers, such as the Colorado lamb burger topped with Greek feta, caramelized onions and mint and jalapeno mayonnaise, are wildly popular with diners and are made even better with a side of parmesan, parsley and white truffle-coated fries.
