El Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House abrió sus puertas en Filadelfia, en noviembre de 2008, entre críticas positivas. Los platos incluyen carne de res de calidad USDA Prime, marisco fresco y colas de langosta de aguas frías. La carta de vinos ha sido galardonada y cuenta con unos 1.000 ejemplares de todo el mundo. El restaurante, de más de 2.000 m², dispone de tres niveles bien diferenciados situados en un banco histórico construido en 1922. Una impresionante torre de 12 metros a modo de botellero ocupa la zona central del restaurante.     Despite a prior phone conversation confirming a special "Happy Anniversary" dessert platter, it never materialized, even as other tables received elaborate birthday desserts. The service was overly aggressive; my wife's bread plate was taken mid-bite, a truly rude and clumsy act. Furthermore, after explicitly stating my wife's severe nut allergy, our yellowtail arrived with pistachios, which we thankfully caught ourselves. Drink service was also slow, with empty cocktail glasses for extended periods. The main course brought another significant error: our expensive steaks were swapped. We had to point out the mix-up, and the waitress was unsure how to fix it, a frustrating lack of care for a high-value item. To top it all off, when we got home, we discovered they hadn't packed all our requested leftovers. Our anniversary dinner was a deeply disappointing and error-filled experience. We won't be returning.

    We were served by Brianna. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. She was courteous and attentive. This is my third time here. Anytime we go to theatre performances, Del Frisco’s is our go-to restaurant. Keep up the amazing work! Side note: Did you happen to find my son’s Invisalign trays?

    Food was very well prepared. Initial cocktail order was so slow that it detracted from the overall dining experience. Initial table service seemed at bit inattentive but improved during dinner. Setting inside former bank was spectacular. Hard surfaces and loud music make for challenging conversation acoustics.

    Amazing experience! Food was terrific and Ashley our server amazing. The place itself is so impressive. A little on the pricey side with everything a la cart but for my son’s 21st bday it was the perfect place.

    The food was cooked to perfection and seasoned great. The atmosphere was so beautiful and intimate. 100/10 would recommend! The server tonight (Gabe) was amazing! Very attentive, helpful and friendly. When you go be sure to ask for him because he was great!

    My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous dinner and drinks to celebrate his birthday. Our waiter Maati and manager Doug were very attentive and professional.

    We had a fabulous time before seeing the Philadelphia Orchestra at Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse. Everything was superb - the food, the vibe, the service. Special kudos are extended to Erika, our server, who was FABULOUS. She was excellent. Hit all the points a great server has to hit. Erika was affable, friendly, engaging and on top of it all. Her attention to detail was great. She had great touch points from her first introduction. Dining in Philly is very competitive. It’s especially so for elite steakhouses. Del Frisco’s in Philly is in the very elite in Philadelphia. Sets a standard for others to aspire.
