   Beautiful location with a stunning backdrop of the clock and rooftop of St Stevens Basillica. Must visit! Attentive staff, and an inventive cocktail menu. The food menu was relatively small, although the selection was very balanced. Would’ve been nice to see another vegetarian main, however the dishes we ordered were perfect. Cooked very well, plated stunningly. Overall a great experience, and we are looking to visit again this week because we enjoyed it so much. Thank you to all at High Note for a lovely evening!

   The setting is undeniably beautiful, but unfortunately, the service was terrible. We waited a long time before anyone came to take our drink order—and that only happened after I started walking toward the bar. While the drinks and olives arrived quickly and were enjoyable, some of the olives were mouldy. The rest of our food didn’t arrive until after we’d asked for the bill, which we were also left waiting a very long time for. There is both a food service charge and a drinks service charge, neither of which felt justified given the overall experience. A disappointing visit, despite the lovely setting.

   Dear Sadie Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience was disappointing, as this is not the level of service we aim to provide. On the day of your visit, we had nearly 500 guests, which unfortunately put unexpected strain on our operations. However, we recognize that this should not affect the quality of service you receive. To improve, we are implementing staff time management training to ensure smoother service, even during peak times. Additionally, we are reviewing our quality control processes, especially regarding the olives, to prevent similar issues in the future.    It was very nice place with a spectacular view indoors and outdoor I think that was a little bit expensive

   Lovely experience, food very tastey and presented beautifully. Had salmon rissotto and the steak washed down with quite a few musical named cocktails all tasted fantastic id recommend the Maria callas and James Brown. Roof top view breathtaking, ambiance 5 stars. 5 star experience.

   Unfortunately, the waiter brought us the wrong order twice—I suppose he’s not very confident with the English language. The food was good, but the portions were very small considering the price. Moreover, we waited about an hour just for the food, even though the place wasn’t full. Cocktails are also quite expensive, even for something standard like a Negroni. Overall: expensive, long wait, nice location.

We will focus on improving communication and training to prevent this in the future. Regarding portion sizes, our bar food offerings are smaller and designed for sharing, not meant to be compared with main course portions. Thank you for understanding this matter. We also acknowledge your concerns about the wait time and pricing. We are reviewing our processes to improve service speed. As for the cocktails, we use high-quality ingredients, which reflect in our pricing, though we understand it may not suit everyone. Thank you again for your feedback.    Absolutely amazing experience. With high expectations you often feel disappointed. Not the case this time. Every aspect was a 10 out of 10!

   I went tonight for an aperitif: they only gave us peanuts, considered "gadgets" (paid for in the service, this one it was very expensive). The terrace location is nice, but nothing special; the hotel where the terrace is located is very nice. The service was very bad: there were a series of misunderstandings, very long waits, unfriendly and unskilled staff: the girl who took the orders was not able to indicate whether the drink was available or not and the price and later following my further requests, she forgot about the order, not bringing me what was requested. The girl who served us at the table, on the other hand, was unable to explain what she had brought us to drink and was unable to answer our questions. Other mishaps ensued that prolonged the wait. In all, the drinks were decent and the price, relative to what we drank, quite high. To top it all off, the price was high compared to the experience and nothing was done to rectify what had happened before, other than an apology. I won't go back there again

    Great service. The view of the city is especially great in the evening when all the lights are on all the buildings.
