The waiter wasn't very willing to help. Seems like he didn't wanted to be there. The other people were very polite. We didn't ate there. Just drinks. They have very special cocktails, but we couldn't find any cocktails what we dare to try.

We were unfortunately seated at a very uncomfortable spot—right next to a door that opened constantly as staff and guests passed through, frequently bumping into one of us. To make matters worse, a bush was positioned so close to the table that it made sitting there even more unpleasant. Although several other tables were visibly available, our polite request to be moved was declined. The view from our table was decent, but the Basilica is only visible from one side, with much of the guest area blocking the view. If you’re looking for panoramic views of the city, there are better options elsewhere.

Nice views but very hot (34c) afternoon & nowhere to sit in shade. Staff weren’t at all welcoming, rather pretentious. Despite only being two other couples on the rooftop we were asked to occupy the high tables and when we asked for a sofa were told we’d have to move if a party of four arrived ! Even 3 hours later when we viewed the rooftop from St Stephens Basilica there were still only six customers on the terrace ?

Dear Dawn First of all, thank you for your recent visit, and we are sorry that your visit was not up to your expectations. As for the shade, we know that sometimes, especially on a very hot sunny day, it is challenging to sit on the terrace; however, we offer two indoor air-conditioned venues for these cases. Due to architectural law in this district, our hands are tied; however, we are working on a middle solution which we believe will work! Regarding the seating arrangement, we always try to please our guests with the available seats; however, sometimes this does not work. Do not come here if you’re short on time! Due to very slow service and receiving the wrong cocktail, we had to wait for around half an hour after arriving at our table until the correct orders arrived. The music was too loud. The cocktails were nice and fairly priced, the view and ambience was alright. Sadly a broken light shined brightly into our faces.

Reservations made- everyone nice downstairs but upstairs very cold service. Given menus but as everyone was getting ready for dinner service, tons of servers standing by bar right beside our table not speaking with us. Super loud music. Ended up leaving after one round of drinks.
