Serving modern American cuisine in a relaxed bistro atmosphere, Trio has been a local favorite for over a decade. We are open seven days per week starting at 5:30 and are located just one block from the Jackson town square. Open since 2005, Trio is owned and operated by two local chefs with an eye for detail and a knack for innovation. Come in and enjoy a glass of wine or one of our uniquely designed craft cocktails in front of the wood-fired oven as the chefs perform in an open kitchen.

We where glad to have the restaurant open at the end of Oct. since it was the beginning of slack season in Jackson. The food was good but it seems like they are trying to make it too complex with to many combinations. I also felt that they were working to turn the table quickly because of the limited seating. Our meal came out very shortly after the app.

We enjoyed a beautifully prepared dinner on a Monday evening, not always the best option but the staff and kitchen were in great form. Our experience was enhanced by our special anniversary celebration. Our server was showed us just enough attention and was highly professional yet warm-hearted and friendly. Trio is not 'stuffy' but they are a great place in a town of many offerings.

I had one of the best filets of my life. We added mushrooms and scallops. They have a very nice wine list and bar.

Wow! First meal in Jackson Hole, and we were not disappointed! The French fries with blue cheese lived up to the hype. So crispy and delicious! We both opted for the pork dish. Amazing flavor...we cleared the plate. The server recommended the s’mores dessert which was also incredible. I will be dreaming about the gooey marshmallow topping for weeks to come!
