I’m giving Haywire one star—not because the food or service was bad—but because I’m tired of restaurants pretending to support the military while barely doing the bare minimum. A 10% discount on ONE entrée is not support. It’s performative. Businesses like this thrive because we live in a country where freedom and capitalism are possible, and that freedom was earned—paid for—by service members and their families. Our sacrifices don’t stop at deployment. Spouses hold it down at home. Kids grow up with a parent gone. And when we go out to eat as a family, we’re reminded that those sacrifices apparently aren’t worth more than a few bucks off one plate. If you’re going to market yourself as veteran-friendly, then act like it. A true show of appreciation would be a discount on the entire bill—not just the service member’s entrée. Until then, it’s all just lip service.

It was amazing there. The vibe and decorations were phenomenal, very western modern theme, cow print on chairs to even very detailed ceilings. Server checked up on us at perfect times.

Amazing food, ordered the feast and was afraid we wouldn’t be able to finish it with 4 people. But we enjoyed it so much there was nothing left. Pecan pie, and cocktails were amazing. Can’t wait it to go back.

My experience was very enjoyable; My boyfriend andI had a date night here and the food was delicious and fresh. Our waiter, Henry, was super hospitable and friendly to talk to. The atmosphere was professional and overall a nice place to have a fancy-casual date night!

food was great, hot and delicious. We ordered the porterhouse off the dinner menu at 3pm, we were told it wasn't able to be served but no real reason why so not sure if it had to do with the timing but this was unforunate as we were celebrating my husbands birthday, the server brought him a slice of pecan pie which he enjoyed. overall good experience but unclear when the best time to go when we go want to try the porterhouse ... :\

Alan did an amazing job and had a great attitude. The portions are definitely worth the price value. The tortilla soup and chili were a little bland but the cornbread really elevates the chili! My friend sent back her soup and ended up getting the chili instead.
