A delightful dining experience, well worth the visit! The only hiccup was the pacing of the traditional tasting menu—courses arrived in quick succession, leaving little time to savor each dish and, unfortunately, filling us up too quickly. In hindsight, the lighter summer tasting menu might have been a better choice, though I’m glad we didn’t miss out on the star of the evening: the Pollo al Ajillo. This stunning chicken dish came with a sauce so heavenly, I would have happily taken home a vat of it—along with some crusty bread to soak up every drop. Other standout bites included the River Trout Cone and Jose’s Taco—honestly, if I’d only ordered those three items, I’d have left completely satisfied. On the flip side, the Tomato dish didn’t impress; it lacked the flavor and flair of the others and felt a bit underwhelming.

We really enjoyed the various flavor combinations and very fresh ingredients that we tried as part of the chef’s summer menu. It was fantastic. Service was awesome too!

Delicious but really expensive and not particularly flexible. Liked Bazaar Meat more.

We really like Jose’s restaurants and have been to a lot of them. We were super excited about Bazaar Mar until we found out it’s in the middle of a mall. In a city full of atmosphere it’s a downer to eat in a high end food court.

If you enjoy well constructed and interesting dishes made with high quality ingredients this restaurant should be on your list. Each dish is unique, but not overpowering or overdone. I have eaten each of the three tasting menus and they are exceptional in my opinion. (Which is always subjective, of course). However, I have been fortunate enough to eat at most of the Las Vegas tasting menu style restaurants on the strip. I consider this to be one of the best. It is a lighter meal than some of the other big names. But you are definitely full at the end. Don't be afraid to order the fried fish. It's a modern and clean version. Also, every cocktail is handcrafted with finesse and care. Service? Impeccable. Salud!

Wonderful meal with wine pairings. Ambience was lovely. Truly an adventurous meal - one of the best bites was an olive, lol, but a very special olive. We were slightly disappointed that the salmon on the menu was farmed. As Alaskans we don’t eat farmed salmon. On top of that, it’s Copper River Salmon season. Our waiter was not knowledgeable about the fish and first told us it was Alaskan, then he thought it was at least wild and when we pressed him to check with chef finally told us it was farmed in New Zealand. We asked to skip the salmon servings of our fixed price menu or have them substituted, and we were served at least one dish that still contained the farmed salmon.

We went for restaurant week, and the tasting menu was fantastic. We had incredible service from Joseph and all the staff. This place is great.

The last 2 times I went were very good but this time was a big disappointment. Food tasted bland and uninteresting. Presentation was good though.
