Embers is the newest addition to the Turks and Caicos restaurant scene, bringing a fresh, new approach to dining in Grace Bay. Our menu is unique and modern, combining Asian influence and Mediterranean flair with local ingredients and flavours. And, of course, we’ve got a fantastic selection of handcrafted cocktails, spirits, and boutique wines to complement your meal.

Discover umami-rich plates, pasture-raised proteins, smoke-infused vegetable preparations and innovative desserts. Owner and Executive Chef James Van Dyke, with his extensive culinary background in the United States, Bahamas, and Turks and Caicos, combines his passion and expertise, bringing Embers to life.

From the moment you walk in to Embers you can tell you are going to get an incredible dining experience. The open kitchen staffed by energetic and precise chefs combined with the beautiful bar and setting made for a joyful culinary experience that blew our mind. The craft cocktails were innovative, but it was the food that left us wanting more. The bison rigatoni and yellow fin tuna felt Michelin ☆ - attentive and generous staff. Sexy vibe but definitely ok for the whole family!

The best service we received on the island. Food was delicious and high quality. Highly recommend if you are looking for something on Grace Bay but not part of a resort.

Out of the 4 top restaurants we visited this past week, no question this exceeded our expectations and a true standout as our favorite. Easily at par with many of the best restaurants in US! I like my oysters simple but their added butter and herbs enhanced the flavor that my tween even LOVED it. The pickled veggies on the Bao Buns elevated the bbq sirloin and the chimichurri sauce on my perfectly cooked medium rare skirted steak was perfection. The main difference between this restaurant and the others is its simplicity and balance. I feel like there has been a bit of a “lost in translation” down here where it’s just overdone with too many layers of flavor instead of a little restraint to allow the natural flavors shine. On that note, a big kudos to my margarita. Probably the best margarita I’ve had in a while with added complexity. Not cloyingly sweet and sour but balanced and different with the added Aperol! I heard the mixologist moved from the states and built their cocktail menu. Just wish we had not found this on our last night as we would’ve gone back again!
