Overall the place is nice, staff were friendly and seemed caring. Food was not what I expected. Menu seemed very limited vs what I saw online. Appetizer was overloaded with oil that over powered the cheese dip expected experience. Observed a couple who left without dining after he walked to the back of the restaurant to address what seemed to be an issue. Had insects (fruit flies) flying around and landing on food and table. Entree was bland to my taste. Overall unpleasant and unfortunate experience, was expecting a different experience. Also not sure what happened with payment being we were overcharged for a returned appetizer. Staff member mentioned management over and over but manager never spoke to us about anything. Appreciate the employee efforts to make things right! Unfortunately it was not our night for dinning. Wish them the best of luck with business.

This was our second time to dine at The Co-Op Public House and unfortunately with the same experience as the first time. Both times the noise level was very high and we had a hard time hearing each other in our party of seven. Bar drinks were substandard as there wasn't hardly any liquor in them. When food was brought out it was not warm, not well seasoned, and the salmon was overcooked. We were charged a required tip of 20% because our group was larger than six people, but this was not disclosed to the table by the waiter. I ended up mistakenly adding another 20%. That was my fault for not paying close attention to the check, but was not happy about not having that disclosed. Wish we had a better experience, but we won't be going back.

Celebrated my birthday here and loved it! They had a backroom that accommodated my party perfectly. Food came out in a timely manner and loved the shrimp scampi. Sooo good, will definitely be back!

Very disappointed. Hostess was not friendly. Were seated in back corner in a room with no ambience and when asked to move were told seats were for other reservations but were never used. Service was slow. Ordered a second round of drinks and never showed up. Also food is over priced to be served with paper napkins and a paper bowl for soup. . .

We arrived for our Saturday evening reservation at 6:00, and the place was closed for “training and updates.” Not a positive experience, obviously.

Service was slow, particularly for our table compared to those around us. There was no wine list due to a transition, and only two white wines by the glass were offered. When we ordered one of them, it wasn’t available, nor was the entree we chose. Unfortunately, this was similar to our last time here. Items were delivered haphazardly, a cocktail and a glass of wine, then another glass of wine, and finally a very late cocktail. The soup flights we ordered didn’t arrive before entrees, so we canceled them. Items promised, such as silverware and an extra plate, required reminders. I really want this restaurant to make it. It’s local and has a fun vibe. I hope they can pull it all together. We’ll keep trying because we like it here.

Waitstaff could use more training. They are often on their phones (which is unhygienic when you are touching food) what happened instead of checking on customers Would love for Taco Tuesday to be brought back.

Our party of 6 had a reservation for Saturday evening at 7:00, a very busy time for restaurants. We were seated immediately and our server took our drink orders. We ordered our food. Two of our group wanted chicken piccata but they were out. We ordered the salmon, parmesan chicken, parmesan cod, fettuccine Alfredo and beef tenderloin. Two members of our party ordered salads, a Cesar and a chopped salad. We ordered two bread baskets. So far, everything has been nice except for the chicken piccata. Our server took orders for more drinks. We chatted and ate bread, and 30 minutes went by with no salads. Then 40 minutes. 45 minutes and the two salads were brought out. We finally received our meals over an hour after ordering. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the Brussels were delicious. The fettuccine was good, but not very warm. The parmesan chicken and parmesan cod were also very good. The beef tenderloin was overcooked. Overall, the food was good, but the kitchen was very slow. I will give them one more chance.
