Telluride Ski & Golf is proud to announce the launch of our Summer Dining Series with Alpino Vino Chef Ryan Meredith and his Culinary Team. The Alpino Vino team is excited to bring you the freshest and most exciting dining experience around: a top-tier dining experience not to be missed!
The Vino d’Estate Dining Room will offer an ever-changing farm to table four to five course chef’s tasting menu and wine experience. Focusing on cuisine of wine regions across the globe, Chef Meredith will source ingredients from local farms and markets, along with fresh product from the Telluride Farmers Market. Telluride Ski & Golf Wine Director and Sommelier, Andrew Shaffner will provide interesting and delicious wine pairings to compliment every dish. This is sure to be the most fun, creative, and exclusive dining experience around!

Hosted Friday and Saturday most weeks, seating is extremely limited. Please email Andrew at ashaffner@tellurideskiresort.com for reservations.
