    We were so looking forward to going here. This felt like a cheap place trying to be upscale. The host stand started the night off with without appropriately greeting us. All three host seemed bothered. Once we were seated we were greeted by what appeared to be a bar manager who rushingly brought us water and said he would be back with a wine list, but never returned. We asked for sparkling water and he brought us flat water. When the waitress finally appeared, she basically did nothing. She said she would be back with the wine list because the bar manager forgot us at that point and she walked past us six or seven times. Most of the tables were open around us. I had to get her attention to get the list and she then dropped it off to us to never return. We got up and left and no one bothered to reach out or stop us. Wasted 35 minute of our life. Beyond terrible. They need to go to Bar One and see how to take care of customers. I would recommend all patrons reading this to walk right past Del Frisco (Del Yucko) and go straight to Bar One.

    Although my husband doesn’t remember, we dined here several years,to an Anniversary Dinner,which was located downstairs. Our seating wasn’t the best, but we did have a booth,as requested. Spot was a little cool. The food was delicious, I ordered the Prime Ribeye(med well),my husband the salmon(well), w mashed potatoes and spinach. Wait Staff was great, as well. We topped it off, and shared the lemon sorbet.

    The mashed potatoes had toomuch garlic and the porterhouse steak was very tasty but tough. Great butter cake desert. The cocktails and wine was excellent.

    Very disappointing! After recently returning to Del Frisco's after years of going to Steak 48, I will not be returning. 2) the service was terrible. The server was borderline rude and inattentive, had to ask other servers for assistance twice as our server was MIA. 2) I was there celebrating my son's birthday, his steak was fine, mine was brought out mildly warm and the baked potato was also cool. I sent the steak back and it was brought out as the others were finishing their meal. 3) I asked for a extra dirty martini and the server didn't seem to understand so he brought me a glass of vodka and a side of olive juice - instead of shaking it together as it should be. Disappointing, especially since we were celebrating a family members birthday.

    Our server (Haley) was excellent. The food (flavor, temp, presentation etc.) was 5 star. Everything we ordered was awesome. Calamari especially.

    Ive come to the conclusion that this place just simply hired waiters & waitresses without a standard or training; the variation & range in service here is insane. This was my 6th time visiting (and last) and the service just gotten worse with each visit. I’m assuming short term memory concerns may have been a factor with a waiter tonight. After moving from our initial seat while having a waiter from the bar that obviously prioritized the bar, we were in high hopes that our 2nd waitress would be much better. She took at least 10-15 mins to finally get to the table & at initial intro, she promised to review the menu with my sister that had never been there; complete fail. She never did such and came back much later. This was a repeated issue because we had to constantly remind her about refills, bread do go, and our check. I asked that my salad to come out with my entree & she just totally disregarded that & brung out a salad draining in dressing (asked for dressing to be on the side) and stale/soggy croutons. My Oscar style ribeye (not a ribeye served) was ruined because I’m unsure who told her I wanted my béarnaise sauce on the side? She didn’t offer to fix or redo; it was truly an oh well moment/that’s just how it comes. For the wait, the food wasn’t even piping hot. Now to the steak, I know my steaks. I ordered a prime ribeye & got a dry chuck eye instead. I didn’t have not one filet, tail, or cap on my “ribeye”. My steak was cooked well instead of medium. The waiter never came back to check on that after I pointed out the sauce; forgot to mention I had to ask for the sauce. I truly believe they were just going to give me the steak without the sauce then charge for it. The waitress never once told us they charged for refills or the bread to go. Also I had to remind her of the birthday cake that she originally mentioned. Finally, half of the food I had left (especially my sides) were not packed; I figured this would happened once she took it in the back to pack ins
