Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Due to the holiday, the food was not warm but felt like it sat for a bit. Not as good as on a regular evening. Considering the very high cost for a family of 5 not worth the money if the food is not excellent.

    Food was delicious...as usual! All steaks cooked as requested and a wonderful dinner for a family celebration. Jessica was terrific - great service, warm personality and fun sense of humor. Great night!

    The food and service were outstanding! I asked for well-done Brussels sprouts, and they were perfect! As expected, steaks were next-level!! For us, this made our special occasion that much better.

    The staff made my birthday night great and our server Sharon was wonderful and warm. Complementary picture and personalized birthday card at the table along with confetti in the dining table. One if our favorites and we will definitely be back for more celebrations 🎉
