Diablo’s Cantina, where saints and sinners dare to taste the devil in every bite and drop, is reincarnated at Luxor. Unleashing its unique brand of south-of-the-border dining, drinking, and a little decadence, Diablo’s authentic Mexican flavors and handcrafted margaritas are well worth the seven sin minimum. Diablos features a vibrant and savory menu with a variety of mouthwatering specialties including freshly made salsas and guacamoles. Fresh entrees like the Alambre Tacos, and the Enchilada Platter, are all masterfully prepared by Executive Chef Ricardo Sandoval. With a selection of premium tequilas and signature cocktails, it’s the perfect place to celebrate with friends, or reserve our private dining room and party the night away with your whole group. Located on Luxor’s Mezzanine Level, Diablo’s Cantina is open seven days a week 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. So, grab some friends and make a little mischief.

We arrived about 30 minutes ahead of our reservation and they still seated us immediately with no questions. Quick, courteous service. Food arrived pleasantly quicker than expected. Food was excelled.

We started with the Nachos which were very "soupy" (they use crema instead of melting cheese which left a pool at the bottom of the bowl). We had the Chicken Burrito which was ok and the Shrimp Quesadilla which was overly spicy. The waitress was very attentive and quick with our requests.

First visit back since pandemic. Brenda our server was excellent. Very attentive during our dining experience. It had a lively atmosphere, but wasn’t overly loud. We both had enchiladas which were excellent. The only knock to the experience were the sides with the meal. The rice was a bit overcooked. Overall would go back again.

Took the kids as we were stranded in Las Vegas due to the Southwest cancellations. They kids did enjoy visiting the hotel and the fun atmosphere of Diablos cantina. Our waitress was super friendly. We loved the Nachos! My daughter has a dairy allergy and they were happy to accommodate.
