Jocko’s Steakhouse is family owned and a longtime Central Coast favorite. Our family’s
hospitality roots date back to 1925, or so the story goes. Jocko’s is legendary for hand cut aged
steaks grilled over an open fire of red oak coals. A style of cooking native to the area that dates
to the Spanish Rancheros. We offer an extensive dinner menu serving a variety of steak cuts,
ribs, pork chops, chicken, seafood, steak burgers, specialty sandwiches and more. Jocko’s offers an extensive wine list, a broad assortment of cocktails and both draft and bottled beers. The specific brands and serving costs are available at the restaurant.

The meal was excellent. Unfortunately our server couldn’t tell the difference between a rib eye & a filet but not too big of a problem. The meals came out of the kitchen slow but it was a Friday night & the house was packed. Again steak was amazing, I’m never disappointed in the Spencer

This is the best place to go for a delicious steak! It’s always fabulous! Cooked to perfection. The grilled artichoke which we have had before was poor. Burnt in places and dry but the aioli was delicious! It was also 2 very small half’s for $17.95 so won’t be ordering that again. But everything else was great! We usually order the 20 Oz filet to split so we’re really didn’t need the artichoke! You won’t be disappointed !

It might have been a fluke but our meals (rib eye & filet) took a very long time and instead of medium rare they were way overcooked to the point that they were inedible. The server offed to remake the meals but it was already late and waiting another 30 - 40 minutes was not an option. We were very disappointed as we came a long way for this meal only to leave the restaurant hungry.

The food was mediocre and overly priced. The quality of food was simular to something you would find at a BBQ chain like Texas Roadhouse, but a lot more expensive. The $60 20oz filet had no flavor other than char. The best part of the experience was the ice cream at the end. Will not return to Jocko’s.

Jocko’s is a legacy steakhouse that I have been familiar with for years but just in the past year have my wife and I noticed that they are better than ever. Easy to get in and out of, seated right at our reservation time, and absolutely no complaints about service. My grandson and I each had the 16oz ribeye and he said it was the best steak he ever had. I can’t disagree. All the extras—the pickles (iykyk), salsa, beans, ice cream add that touch that is only Jocko’s.

Food is always delicious, make a reservation or be prepared to wait a few hours, it’s busy every day of the week because the food is THAT good!
