    Food was one of the best we’ve had. So many great options. Our server was awesome and provided great recommendations. If ever back in Anchorage, we will be back!

    They were out of Oysters. My wife forgot her physical ID and they wouldn’t except a picture of her ID as a substitute. The food was overpriced and subpar. The clam chowder was just OK. The chowder at 49th State Brewing Company is way better. The King Salmon was overcooked and dry. The King Crab wasn’t worth the price. The vegetables on the side weren’t even good. This was my second time going to this restaurant. I went last year with a bunch of coworkers. The food was subpar and overpriced then too. Except for the Oysters.

    The food was pretty good but not great. I got the Copper River king salmon, and I know that early in the season, that fish goes for a premium. But I still felt like I was getting gouged with the $68 price. My wife had the ribeye steak. Again, good, but at $58, it seemed a little overpriced. We’ve gone to Simon’s for many years to celebrate special occasions. I think that period is coming to a close. Especially since it’s part of the Landry’s group, and Landry is known to be a boot licking Trump supporter.

    Overall very happy with it. Does maybe need a little cometic update as it is getting a little older. Nothing that would keep me from coming back though.

    Server was spectacular and food was fantastic! This is a not to be missed Alaska dining experience! I know there are a lot of options but this restaurant continues to deliver! We have lived in AK for 30 years and Simons does not disappoint!

    Restaurant service was excellent. Food portions were generous and delicious. The bar service was SLOWWWWW Charming restaurant. We recommend.

    My first visit in almost 20 years, I don’t live in Anchorage. It used to be a delightful restaurant to visit and I’m happy to report that it still is. Charming in decor, noisy, but happy noises, and the food is mostly oustanding. We had shrimp and oysters as appetizers, fillet and halibut as entrees. Two issues, the French fries were shoe string and mediocre and the portion size remarkably small. The two of us dropped $170 on dinner which also included two draft beers and tip. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit.
